BESTEST Hiking Shoes For Hiking and OTHER STUFFS!
These are great shoes!!! I tested them while in Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks, and I have lots of good things to say about them.-------------------------------------------------------------------Firstly, they are pretty waterproof for minor splashes, but if you accidentally dunk your entire foot into a mud puddle, then your cooked. These shoes have an insole, so you can remove them to swap, or to make drying the shoes faster.-------------------------------------------------------------------They are also very breathable, I barely sweat while hiking all day in the National Parks, which is quite different for me. There is a soft mesh on the toe of the shoe that provides lots of breathability while still keeping it pretty waterproof, as I previously said.-------------------------------------------------------------------These shoes are very comfortable compared to my normal shoes, with the soft cushioned insole. After spending a week in the National Parks, my feet don't hurt at all.-------------------------------------------------------------------TL;DR: Bruh, that was like only 0.2 sentences or something. Basically, Good.

Comfortable and Waterproof but Not for Heavy Daily Use
These hiking shoes are comfortable right out of the box and provide good support for long walks and trails. The waterproofing works well, keeping my feet dry in wet grass, shallow puddles, and light rain. The tread grips nicely on dirt, gravel, and uneven terrain, making them versatile for different outdoor activities.I wear them a lot, and with heavy regular use they do not last as long as I would like. The soles and material start showing wear faster than higher-end hiking shoes. However, for someone who hikes only occasionally or uses them for lighter activities, they should last a long time. The fit is true to size, and they are comfortable enough for all-day wear. For the price, they are a solid value, especially for casual or occasional hikers who want waterproof protection and decent durability.

Well-constructed, Comfortable Hiking shoes at a Good Price
I have been wearing Keen hiking shoes now for a few years. I was a bit skeptical about buying these Nortiv8 hiking shoes on Amazon as I was not familiar with the brand. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality construction and durability of these shoes, so far it turns out to be a pretty good decision! With the price of similar hiking shoes two times the price of these, I figured I would take a chance, and if they fell apart or wore out in a few years, I would still be happy! The shoes’ fit was perfect for my seemingly wide feet, as they slip right into the shoes with no pressure points.I'm happy to say they seem to be well-built. They are comfortable, as I was able to wear them for several hours while doing yard work in my large 2-acre yard without any issues. They also have some cushion in the insoles, which really helps when going for a nice walk on a park trail, or a short hike in the nearby mountains. These Nortiv8s also have a large toe box, which feels good for my feet and toes. For each pair of hiking shoes, Nortiv8 also includes a 2nd pair of shoe laces – a nice touch! They also seem to be heavier than my Keen hiking shoes, and slightly bulkier. One thing that kind of bugs me is their shoe laces – they are several inches too short. If I put the laces in the top holes, I can barely tie them – maybe I shouldn’t use the top holes (?). I definitely cannot use a double knot that I like to use before I go hiking. The tongue on these shoes is quite thick, and the shoes also feel a bit clunky – but perhaps they just need to be ‘broken in’ some (as their website suggests). But these are small complaints when considering the price, comfort, and the quality of the shoes.I haven’t yet tried to see how ‘waterproof’ they are yet, but if I have any issues, I will just clean them off and spray them with the 3M boot waterproof protection I have (I did this with my Keen hiking shoes and it made them look a little darker (an enhancement!) but it worked perfectly! Please note that on the Nortiv8 website, there are details on how the hiking shoes should fit, what socks to wear, and how to break-in these shoes – very helpful!I would recommend these shoes as of now, so pick up a pair and you shouldn’t be disappointed. I'll update my review if something goes wrong with the shoes over the long term, but for now, I am very happy with this purchase.

Great shoes, great price
Great shoes! Husband really likes them. He is picky about his shoes so I was very hesitant to buy these, but he says they fit well and are comfortable so I guess it worked out.

Durable & Comfortable But Not Waterproof
These are decent, chunky hiking shoes. Reasonably comfortable. Seem durable. I've been using them outdoors for months, both hiking and dog walking. My only complaint is they aren't waterproof. More like "water-resistant." If I'm walking for long in wet morning grass, my socks get soaked. So, it's false advertising to call them waterproof.

Super Comfortable, Affordable, and Great for More Than Just Hiking
These hiking shoes are incredibly comfortable! I originally got them for outdoor hikes, but I’ve even been using them on my treadmill—and they’ve been great. The support and balance I feel in these is next level. They grip well, feel sturdy without being too heavy, and the waterproofing really holds up. Best part? They’re actually affordable compared to other brands with similar features. Honestly, they’re versatile enough for trail walks, rainy days, or even casual wear. Definitely a solid buy if you’re looking for comfort, stability, and value.
