Very strong – be warned!
I bought the medium, as advised by my gym instructor, but have to say, it's REALLY tight so am wishing I'd bought something a bit looser... The overall quality is excellent, though.

Fantastic product, I use it daily.
Would 100% recommend this product. It is great quality and has really improved my workouts since switching from rubber resistance bands! My only advice is if you don't want something too heavy, go for the lighter one as this was heavier than I expected.

Perfect
These bands are great. I have both the grey and the black. They don’t loose their resistance or break unlike the rubber bands which stretch and snap. Great value for money. Decent amount of resistance too.

good quality band
This band is very strong and makes the workout is very hard. However, the result is sweet. ;) Good material, I can see that it will last for a long time.

Definitely recommend this band.
It’s a really good band, doesn’t wear out like the rubber equivalents, and it provides much more resistance than the rubber equivalents. I would buy again, but I don’t think I’ll need to for a while.
