I always use melatonin to help fall asleep and always looking for what's new and works well. Do not like taking pills for supplements and prefer gummies but there usually is a lot of sugar involved so was excited to see this that was a quick dissolve strip, all natural and no sugar. The taste is ok but it does really work. I was asleep pretty fast when i'm usually tossing and turning and takes sometimes hours to do so. Just what I needed and recommend for those who have that same trouble.

This works so well and I love that it's so easily portable which is fantastic for travel. But I gotta tell 'ya, the taste has a metallic, artificial vibe to me. But being able to sleep through the night is a small price to pay for the taste. Works really quickly, no grogginess the next morning.

The media could not be loaded. I travel a lot for long distance international travel and I have a hard time sleeping. I got these Meche Sleep strips that I keep in my wallet and I take them in flight! They have been such a life saver!! I feel much more relaxed and fall asleep. Makes long flights sooo much better!! I use them also when I get home to help adjust back to the jet lag. So worth it! And easy to carry!

I had hopes for it to work., but no.I like the way it works as far as the wafer. No taste issue. It just didn’t work at all for me. Have tried it for 4 days and every time ended up going back to 1/3 Ambien after 2-3 hrs of no going to sleep.It sure cost a lot for a failed try. I wish I could get my money back :(

Im usually not one for taking a supplement to sleep as 1. I hate taking pills and lying down -!: 2. I always wake up groggy. But these strips are a game changer. They are so easy to use and taste delicious. They hit quick! I can take them while already in bed and be asleep in 10 min tops. But the best part is I don’t wake up groggy. I feel refreshed. Big fan here!!

It dissolves easily, is easy to bring with you when traveling and I like how small the strips are when packing. I woke up the next day well rested and not groggy. Highly recommended!
