This EV charger holder fits my VOLVO Hybrid plug perfectly. It locks and unlocks just fine and it's very sturdy. I installed it in my garage. The overall quality of this item is amazing. It has a sleek and simple design with a small footprint which allows for more placement flexibility.It's simple to install and looks great once on the wall. My cable fit around the integrated holder just fine and the charger handle clicked in perfectly. It's such a good product compared to what's out there regardless of the price! And this was a good price! I'm going to purchase another one for the outside.

Cheaper than u can order from china directly. Good quality and work as expected. But it's small. Not super esthetically pleasing but works well. Buying another one for sec location. Would recommend.

This EV plug holder has a great mounting system and comes with what you need. However the latch is really tough to get it to lock in. Before installing I recommend making sure your plug goes in and secured how you like it and then move on. For my setup I was able to get it to work and it's nice not to have to leave my plug dragging on the ground anymore!

So it turns out the mount is sturdy and holds my cable just fine. The problem is the port insert. The round shape of the J1772 plug fits perfectly. What happens is the latch above the port has these side protectors that are triangular in shape. So the flat surface above the plug slams into those protector wings around the latching mechanism. This prevents the cable's plug from fully inserting into the mount's port holder. Because it can't insert deep enough the latch can't catch onto the base and renders a big portion of this wall mount useless.
