I bought this for my wife for christmas and she loved it its great Quality and very durable and ill tell you why...last i got into a huge fight with my wife and this so happen to be in front of me so i asked her if she liked (not sure what she said not as if it mattered because what was going to happen next was inevitable and it didnt matter what her response was) as soon as she finished what she had to say... i raised this bowl high above my head and smashed....smashed....and smashed it agaisnt the coffee table bits and pieces flying everywhere......then i stopped to assess the damage and wouldnt you know the coffee tables whole corner is torn apart and not even a scratch on the bowl.

This bowl is not only beautiful but the weight is heavy enough to stay in place as you are crocheting and the yarn is pulled through. This size holds one regular size skein of rolled yarn. I am so impressed by the weight and quality that I will be purchasing a larger one and a few more smaller ones for use when working with several color yarns. Hopefully, Santa will bring me some!!

This bowl arrived and was quite darker than the ad. Grains in the wood really not visible. Scratches on the inside. It really did not look new. The scissors did not have the blade cover.I have a bowl from Knit Picks which was way cheaper and is nicer.I don't recommend this at all.

Beautiful bowl- absolutely love it. And so pretty, I leave out on shelves as a decorative piece when not using. Fantastic find! Highly recommend. Much better than the ceramic yarn bowls that are heavy and risk breaking.

My Mother purchased this on my account in October for me for Christmas. Today when I opened it we noticed that it was cracked. I would like a replacement, but the return period is closed. My Mother didn't know that it wasn't supposed to look this way.

Great little yarn bowl, it holds one rolled skein of yarn. Perfect for beginners. Where you pull the yarn through is nice and smooth, no catches so far. If you work with more than one ball, I suggest using a coriander.One suggestion to the manufacturer is to make it a little bit heavier or put something non-skid on the bottom. It’s very smooth and light and find myself pulling it off my table.

I am so happy with my purchase of the rosewood yarn bowl. It was beautifully packaged in a decorative reusable bag with compact scissors and delivered promptly. The bowl is smooth,feels wonderful and looks like a beautiful piece of art. The 7x4 is a perfect size to hold a wound skein of yarn that rolls easily and does not snag. The bowl has a good weight to it with a flat bottom that keeps it very stable. I highly recommend this yarn bowl!!!
