It's a bite pricy doesn't come in canister. Had to purchase in traveling packs Lacks information on how to use it and quantity on package on how much if you use a scoop. But it the whole package It 8 or more ounces of water. I have only used one out of 10 packs . Been using my morning complite product. Till I finish it Off. Testing, testing whats better for the body good.
