Love that these are sold together now. I needed the orange flavoring while pregnant or I’d throw up. I used them through breastfeeding and they’ve been great. A lot of other vitamins on the market don’t provide the daily need but this does and cheaper than the hype brands. 10/10 recommend!

I purchased this after a recommendation from my doctor to take them during and following my 2 pregnancies. I'm highly satisfied with the size of the supplements, as well as the coating. The seal was intact upon arrival. They are easy to take, although I would recommend taking them with food; my heartburn gets really bad if I don't! There is no initial taste but (this may be a little bit TMI) my burps afterward are rather funky. They smell and taste off for several hours after I take them. These are the only negative side effects I've noticed though, and have been tolerable over the past several months I've taken these. Overall the quality is great! I've noticed an improvement in my hair thickness / growth, skin appearance, and energy levels. I will continue taking these, as I believe they're highly benefiting my health.

Not gonna lie it does have a slight odor but not as bad as some fish oil products. Overall I feel like it is a good product.
