Well it's been a week ago today that I purchased this beautiful hair unit, and I must say, I truly love this hair, but first let me tell you about Joanna a customer service and representative of Shanell Hair Service.I have never encountered a company before that will give you detailed instructions on how to care for the hair that they are selling to it's customers, Joanna did just that! From securing the knots, to keeping the hair moist and fresh, their customer service gets a 10 star.Now, about the hair, this is a 180% density from the scalp to the tips, it's not like most wigs, that only have the density sown into the middle of the hair unit, this hair density is dispersed through the whole hair unit, which to me, gives it a full and natural look. The lace is a 360 lace frontal, which you know ladies, that is plenty of parting space both on the sides and the front.This unit is also a natural curl, but when you wash it, it curls up more than other wigs that actually say they're curly. I really do like this unit and the company, hopefully this will be the end of looking for a company that stands behind their reputation and their product, so far, this one has proven to do just that!

This wig is beautiful I’ve been wearing it for about a month now so this is a thorough and honest review the hair is soft tangle free and beautiful no shedding hair curls beautifully I absolutely love it I ordered other wigs on amazon and this is honestly the best one I’ve ordered I’m a customer from now on

I originally gave this wig 5 Stars, but it doesn't deserve that. After having the wig a couple of weeks, I tried to straighten it. The hair is course & will not lay down as it should. I also noticed a ton of short hairs at the top, maybe two inches long once the unit was straight. I would say that if you will always wear it curly, this may be for you, but if you intend on using a flat iron, you will regret your purchase. Also, be advised that this is not the wig for people with small heads; even if you ore a small, it may still be too big. This entire process was a waste.

Soft texture, 360 lace, REAL hair. Been wearing for a few weeks now. Looks great in an up do or down, curls/waves are holding great. Will order again!

While this lace frontal wasn't AWFUL, it was pretty close to AWFUL for the following reasons: the cap size was HUGE, the lace was way too light, and it SHED BADLY. I really think this unit may even be a blend of synthetic, and human hair. As a result, I would NOT recommend this product.
