I purchased this FLYBIRD 4D Vibration Plate primarily to help increase bone density. I haven't used it long enough yet to measure results for that specific goal. I will try to update my review when I can get some result. Meanwhile, the machine is working as advertised and so far, I’m pleased with my purchase.The triple motor system with 4D vibration modes (oscillation, linear, and pulsation) provides a great workout experience. I appreciate that it operates quietly and feels stable during use. The 7-in-1 mode combinations give me plenty of variety in my sessions—so many that I’ve only tried out a few so far.What really sold me on this model was doing my research first. After consulting with a friend who’s knowledgeable about vibration plates, I made sure this one has the right Hz range (5.2Hz-40Hz). I had a bad experience years ago with a different plate that made me feel sick, but this FLYBIRD doesn't cause any discomfort. I actually feel great after using it.I love the cool lighting effects! The remote control is convenient, and I was really pleased that it came with color-coded resistance bands. Overall, excellent quality for the price point.

Great product works great. Fluid retention in ankles are gone. The vibration helps to lessen muscle pains. Less problems with overall body pains. Happy with this purchase.

AMAZING, high-quality plate. Spend the little extra to get this baby. It's awesome. NOTE: the Amazon listing says "up to 500lbs" but the packaging that comes with it says max 350lbs.

After reviewing the health benefits of utilizing a vibration plate, I purchased this particular item due to its various settings and speeds. I am very pleased with the performance and features. It has definitely helped circulation, especially in the lymphatic system. The remote is nice to have so you can change speed/settings without disembarking from the plate. It has a timer that counts down so you know the time left (at a glance) from your original setting selection. If you're in the market for a vibration plate, I would definitely recommend this one. I think it is very comparable to more expensive models.

I bought this unit for osteoporosis bone health. It apparently has the proper 30HZ requirement. This is only available on setting #1 and Pulse mode. This unit has 7 modes and 9 preset programs. Unfortunately I can only use #1…It has a sleek look and nice lighting, Bluetooth etc.It will meet the needs of most people wanting to have varied levels and degrees of exercise. Unfortunately it’s just too much machine for me and my needs. I’m very petite and perhaps too frail to get the full potential it offers. It felt really good the first few uses but unfortunately after a couple of weeks I felt like it was shaking all the way to my head and ears. I was only using it once a day for 6-7 minutes at a time. It’s also very heavy for me to move around (despite wheels). So it just sits where I put it from the first day!While I do recommend it highly for others, I’m going to be returning it.

I researched it on PubMed, and a recent meta analysis (overarching study) of 30 research studies supports the role of vibrating plates in promoting bone density (DadeMathews et al., 2022 Complement Ther Med 65:102811, PMID: 35093509). So I'm on board. I looked at different instruments that could do more than just vibrate and this one does 3 modes and came through Amazon. The latter is beneficial, just in case it does not meet my needs and I can then return it. So far it seems to work and I feel fine after using it. It comes with 9 pre-set programs and can also be run manually using the controls on the machine or the remote. You can feel it working out your body as you stand on it. On Program P2 it tells me I burned about 170 calories. Sounds good though I'm thinking it may depend on the weight of the person using it. The booklet is missing some information; it does not tell you exactly what each program entails and what the difference is between each program, so I will need to work that out by doing the different programs. Looking at the tiny pictures, it seems that each Program only does 1 type of movement, not a combination of all three (oscillating, pulsating, lateral). But I may be mistaken. It would benefit the manufacturers to explain the programs better. The price is competitive for a "4D" machine. My daughter, who owns a different (more expensive) brand, tried this one out and gave it two thumbs up. I will update in due time once I've figured the Programs out. Standing on this gadget for 10 minutes a day beats walking around with 30 lbs on my back...my other plan for bone strengthening. My guess is this is way easier on my knees than the 30 lbs.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve looked at vibration plates for a year trying to decide which one I would purchase! These things go from 50$ to 3000$ in price points with different functions and claims! I bought this one after my research and everything seems to be working correctly but these lights haven’t been working since day 1! I’ve sent an email and I’m currently waiting on a response or solution! Will update later but for the price I paid I expected everything to be good!

This is a great vibration platform. It’s very large. It has easy beginner vibrations. I had to return a different brand before I found this one because it was brain and earth shaking right out of the gate. It actually hurt. This has levels to progress to when you’re ready. I’m a small woman so the weight capacity didn’t affect my reason for buying. I like everything except for the flashing light that goes around the edge of the platform. I don’t know the reason for it but it’s distracting. I haven’t found a way to turn it off. I like that the base is curved making it more intense depending on foot placement. I think you’ll like this. Bigger is better.
