Happy HydroTrimming Scissors with Straight Tip Stainless Steel Blades (1-Pack)
D**R
Easy to sharpen, clean and it included an extra springs .
Happy Hydro lives to there name, keep the Scissors clean and they will last. They gave me a good "household" tip to keep them clean with products commonly in every household.1. Soak blades in a shot glass full of rubbing alcohol for two minutes.2. Fold a paper towel into fourths and sprinkle some salt on it.3. Rub the alcohol soaked blade with the paper towel, using the salt as an abrasive. The rubbing alcohol combined with the abrasive paper towel should take off all the plant residue leaving you with a smooth cutting, long lasting, awesome pair of scissors. Thanks,

Great for smaller projects
I purchased this along with two others to try..I have nothing against this, great for smaller stuff, very sharp, light weight. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because compared to the other two I purchased, the handles are plastic but it does have a screw, in it, so as long as you don't use it to cut anything real hard like a stout branch, I think it will work nicely for lighter weight jobs which it probably was designed more for..I think if you cut through hard wood there could be a chance of it breaking, perhaps. I would liken it more to a scissors. It works great for flowers or cutting iris leaves something like that..I just feel you'd want to be careful with it and not use on something to thick...

My plants love the clean cut when I cut\ prune\ deadhead leaves ...
Really sharp, so be careful! My plants love the clean cut when I cut\ prune\ deadhead leaves and flowers. They're not extremely heavy- feel just right in my small hands.Love the pointed tips- can get in close to what needs to be cut. Would recommend these - and they lock securely when the job is done. And be sure to keep up with the plastic tip cover- don't forget these trimming scissors are sharp! One suggestion- consider making a larger, perhaps red- tip cover to protect the trimmer, as well as people.

Need a better design
As with most plastic implements that are mass produced these do not last because when there is dirt in the latch, it won't work and you are left fighting with the device to get it to work. Then while you are fighting with it the spring comes out and hopefully you can find it on the ground because you were working in the garden where garden tools are supposed to be used. (Sorry, I have a real negative opinion about plastic latches as they simply aren't made to last, and thus, break. (I'm all for metal gears, etc. that are made to last at least one summer. The springs on these nippers (and most light weight ones) also seem to fall out haphazardly - leaving you to purchase another nipper or set of nippers. Quite frustrating!

Excellent and PRECISE Pruners!
I am in LOVE with these pruners. Not only were they an excellent price (for a double pack), they work like a charm! I love the size, the length, sharpness and accuracy of the blades (excellent for precise pruning). They fit my hand very well and are easy to use. I clean them, as instructed, after every use and place the safety tip on. Instructions are provided to help keep them nice and sharp. The locking mechanism feels sturdy. The blade is titanium coated and the pruner feels like it will last a long, long time. Can you tell I love everything about them?!

Scissors that can’t cut.
I quickly scanned threw the reviews and honestly i almost never review items because they do what they claim and I usually don't see the need. In this case though i feel that the reviews are not being honest. I literally could not get them to cut a stem that was smaller then a 1/16 of inch. Very small. I was very disappointed and would never recommend these. I had to go out to a local grow shop and buy new ones because these would not cut ANYTHING. ( By the way I am using these for trimming my plants) maybe for paper or something different they may work but i was led to believe these were made for trimming. First time I’ve EVER been disappointed with BRAND NEW scissors. Such a disappointment. Only up side they do look well made but when a toaster doesn't toast, its just a piece of scrap.

Really work well for arthritic hands too
These are so user friendly and come with a spare spring for each pair. Make it easy to get into tight plant spaces whether doing bonsai or trimming resinous plants. The titanium coating is excellent at preventing sticky or resinous plants from gumming up the scissors. In addition for arthritic hands- perfect!

Useless
Everyone said get these scissors. They will help you will all that trim you have to do. So I bought these scissors and one broke immediately. Mind you this was just trim, not sticks and it broke. I'm like okay, maybe it had 'issues' and the other one will work. Ummm no. no. no. no and no. Went back to the kitchen scissors I already owned and they did a better job.

Top class garden helper
Why oh why didn't I get some of these years ago? They are fantastically light and easy to use, much better than nipping out tomato sideshoots with your nails or even secateurs. Obviously they wouldn't tackle a twig but then that's not what they are designed for, highly recommended

Quick, sharp and very easy to use.
I really like how I could dead head my annual flowers in my hanging baskets and containers. I would have liked a case or a pouch to keep them in.
