Packaging: 10/10- Custom box has package contents, QR code to video instructions (LOVED this) and QR code for support printed when you open it (my favorite thing about this entire product)- Product protected well, lots of cushioning and wrappings.- Liked the included paper detailing how to construct it and what the buttons all do, so you can choose between the video or the paper instructions- felt like it was packaged with a human in mind, weirdly enoughProduct: 9/10-Fan was very easy to construct. Weighted bottom means it won't tip over, which I love. Feels durable- touch sensitive buttons are a little picky every now and then, but surprisingly responsive for a fan. I primarily use the remote, anyway- I like that the screen turns off after you choose your settings, refrains from keeping the screen on unnecessarily- Has a mute! Its beeps aren't obnoxious, but I do like the choice to mute them. It remembers to keep itself muted after turning off and on as well!- Despite the actual fan part being quite small, it blows surprisingly well. Quite fast at its highest, and very slow at its lowest, which is a very good thing. VERY quiet and very low blow speed on its lowest setting, which you don't see on fans very often, love this, perfect for overnight operation- oscillation is very unique; press it for oscillation, but you can continue to press for varying oscillation degrees, from 30°, 60°, 90°, and 120°. This is super useful when wanting air around my whole room or just one side.- Auto feature either doesn't work, or works so well I don't even notice it. I think I noticed it change once. No clue if I've just been missing it automatically change the air speed or not haha- Remote has a nice texture on the buttons, makes it feel higher quality than it is, I like that. Buttons are well placed- includes a snap on remote holder you can put on the back, front, bottom, top, wherever you wantONLY CONS (nitpicks)-I wish I could hide the cable more, it's zig-zag form (from being packaged) makes it blatantly obvious there's an obnoxious cable there (I'm sure if you put the fan a little further from the port, it'll be stretched out and not as noticable. I might stick it under the base as much as I can)- Snap on remote holder doesn't match the color of the fan! (it might match the grey color, but I got the black fan)- A bit of a short fan, but I don't kind. Small but mightyOverall, I love this fan. I've never spent so much on a fan, but it's worth it for my use. Fits the aesthetic of my room perfectly, blows as hard as I need it to, and is VERY functional and user friendly. I didn't have any problems so I didn't reach out, but they seem like they care about their customers.I would absolutely recommend this fan!

I'll start with that I had some old fans by Lasko I used in my bedroom and living room controled using wifi switches and Alexa, very simple Alexa fan on / off with pre set speed by manual switch on fan. Worked great but 20 year old fans were getting noisy and tired so I decided to replace. Of course I thought I will just get 2 new Lasko fans, well 50 bucks each and the quality was terrible, total junk. When I went to return they did not even want the product back, got refund and note to use or give away. So started reading reviews and decided for a little more money to try out the Dreo fans. Yes they are all that. So quiet the first morning I work up, I could not hear the fan running and I was thinking where is that breeze coming from? DC motor is the way to go for sure. Assembly was no brainer, did not even need instruction. Wifi and Alexa integration was easy with the Dreo app. If you have issues with Alexa coomands controlling the fan just look up suggested commands, its all about the way you tell Alexa to adjust the fan speed and other fuctions. Quailty of product is outstanding, stylish and looks great in any room, very modern look but not overkill. Performance is way beyond expectation, air movement from a breeze so gentle you'd swear you left a window open to hurricane force winds. Even if your not into the home automation thing its an outstanding fan. Its a little more than the cheap junk out there but so worth the money. If you are into home automation you will not be disappointed. One side note: When you use the Dreo app you will see room temperature and think will that is wrong. It only shows the correct room temperature when the fan is running, so if you want it to stop if it goes below a certain temp, then you will see it works correctly, its not an accurate displaay of the current room temperature. Buy it youll love it!

This fan is even Better than the reviews!!I read all of the reviews prior to ordering. Thank you to those that post them, as reviews are extremely important to me. I agree with them. It is small yet powerful. It Actually keeps the entire room (son’s bedroom) cool as if the a/c was on at a low setting. Most fans need to be directed towards the person. Not this one! I don’t know if you will get the same effect in a larger room.VERY HAPPY with this fan!! Thanks to everyone’s review!

I love my fan, I’m that type of person who sleeps with the fan on, and I don’t like to hear the motor running, and I don’t like to hear any clicking or any type of sound from a fan other than the air blowing. This fan is sleek small quiet has a great power, and the remote is a game changer.Only reason I gave it four stars is because it is hard to clean. There’s a screw at the bottom and you have to unscrew it to clean out the blades. I have a lot of tools, but I do not have a tool for that small. I went and picked up a small tool from Home Depot and now the screw is stripped and I don’t know how to get it out. Now I don’t know what to do.Other than that, the fan is pretty dope.

I was a bit skeptical about paying so much for a fan but it’s been amazing so far. It hasn’t gotten too hot where I live yet but this fan has been keeping me so cool at night and the noise is so smooth and relaxing. Assembly was relatively easy and the remote is so convenient. I can turn the fan on and adjust the speed and position right from my bed.

I've been sleeping with a fan since I was a kid which was a longtime ago. It drove my wife crazy for the first couple years. Now she needs one. I couldn't even guess how many fans I've purchased over the last 40+ years. I am certain that this fan is the best and there's not even a close second. It's quiet, the volume of air is unbelievable and I can control it with my Alexa, phone or the remote that comes with it. The quality of the product is outstanding.
