Good natural sleep aid
Great taste and texture. I've had to take melatonin ever since I've had trouble sleeping in menopause. You can take 1 or 2, so I like that you don't need to take a full dose. Good value for a name I trust. I feel like it gets me to sleep quickly. Good quality, texture is good. They are very effective, and for me there are no side effects. I would start with one and see how that helps! Of course, ask your doctor first 😀

They taste about the same as the Regular Nature Made gummies but no SUGAR! Really good!

Yummy and they work.
I bought these because my normal gummy melatonin wasn’t available. The effectiveness, strength, texture was better than expected. Great price. My only complaint is I wish they were only 2.5 mg instead of 5 mg per gummy.

Love these little chewable’s for insomnia. So nice to sleep without tossing and turning for hrs. Taste wonderful, too!

Not Gummy, more gumdrop, sticking together in Jar, Flavor is good
These are not gummy like the regular ones are, they are more like motts fruit candys, they have no give and are sticky to the teeth. Beside that, they are sticking to each other in the jar. The regular ones don't stick together unless they are left in heat and start to melt. These have not melted but they are just kinda sticky in general. Other than that, the flavor is okay, not as good as regular, but good. I don't like how much more sticky they are to the teeth than the regular one.The sweetener that makes this zero sugar is maltitol, not the best. I had to take two gummies of the regular to get the same dose as one Zero Sugar, so there is no worry about taking too much maltitol. and I think it works, it's melatonin.

Tenía problemas para conciliar el sueño y desde que empecé a usarla, me duermo más rápido y descanso mucho mejor durante la noche.Me gusta que no tiene azúcar, porque estoy cuidando mi alimentación, y además no me deja con sensación de pesadez al despertar.
