TUDIA Slim-Fit CYGEN Dual Layer Protective Case for OnePlus One (Red)

The case seems to be very good protection. Love the color. It is a very comfortable-to-hold case. The only reason it's not a 5-star rating for me is that the backing is very smooth (aka very slippery). If it's on the passenger seat of your car & you hit the brakes too hard, your OPO will go flying. But I love the way it feels in my hand, it gives the OPO a bit of extra heft, which I like. I just wanted a bit more texture or grip for those times it's sitting somewhere where moving could be a factor.

I bought this case as a stand in while I wait for the titular marine mammal brand to get on the OnePlus wagon (hopefully with the defender as well). I'm more than pleased with the case at this price point. In the two months that I've had this case, I've dropped my phone numerous times from about 3 to 5 feet to surfaces such as tile, asphalt, and on my patio (not on purpose, I'm just clumsy). It has withstood this drops with very little wear and tear. There a some scratches in the plastic portion, but with the red color, the plastic seems to be red through and through so you don't have to worry about chipping away the paint, just the glossy finish slowly becoming a little scratched. The only very minor complaint I have is that the USB cutout is pretty small so only thinner microUSB cables fit in. Chunkier ones have problems. The official cable that comes with the OPO does fit in the cutout.*****8 Month update. I'm continuing to use this case and it has done a great job protecting from ~30 drops onto concrete, hardwood, tile, etc. (I think we already covered that I'm clumsy). There is no damage to my phone. I haven't had any problems with overheating. The scuffs on the plastic, even the deeper ones don't show too much on the red colored plastic. I've removed and replaced the case maybe a dozen times and it doesn't seem to be loose or anything like that. Overall, I'm still extremely pleased with this case. In fact, it has performed a bit better than the OtterBox Commuter that we have been using on a HTC One. That case has some broken bits of plastic.

Decent enough of a case, but the biggest let down is the charging port opening. While it works perfectly fine for OEM chargers, it won't fit any from my favorite cable seller Monoprice.com. Every night when I want to charged my OnePlus One I have to remove the case completely just to make sure my phone gets plenty of REM sleep and restful recharging.Outside of the above issue it's a good case not great just good. The plastic hard-shell on the back is too slippery when you already have oily skin and it begins to slide around in your hands. Good protection as I have dropped my OPO once since having this case on and it took the shock from the fall no problem.

Finally a hybrid case for the ONE. I purchased this case due to the added protection that the hard shell provides above the tpu. That and the awesome RED color.* The TPU fits super snug.* Has a raised edge around the screen for added protection of the glass.* All of the cut-outs are perfectly aligned and proportionate in size.* Especially for the 3.5mm audio jack. It's spacious in order to fit bulkier plugs.* The raised buttons aren't the best as it doesn't give you that feedback-clicky-feel, when pressing any of them. However, they're adequate in every measure of doing what they're supposed to without hindering the ability to do so.* The shell is a hard plastic and is true to color as to what is advertised in the photos. Very sleek, which also means it leaves dozens of finger print smudges and is a bit slippery. The TUDIA imprint is very minimal and isn't obtrusive in any way. Almost non-existent unless looking for it up-close.Overall I am extremely satisfied with this case, between it's stylish color and design, to the added protection it offers. I can easily suggest other's to purchase it.I just wish they offered JUST the hard-shell replacement covers for sale. To switch up the colors. And maybe a matte style replacement shell as well, for added grip.

It's cheap and does the job.I like that I can turn the phone, screen down, and not have to worry about scratches.The screen protector that comes with it works great and is a clean, clear, hard glass.Mine hasn't chipped like in some reviews. They must be doing it wrong.I have dropped this phone more than any other cause I can afford to not give a F**k. Why, cause the phone is $300. The case has protected the phone every time.Sometimes I have trouble with fat charging cables and headphone jacks but very little. <---------- First World Problem Alert!

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the case for the price charged for it. My first Tudia case.Pros:Very great quality for the materials.Fits very, very well.Easy and quick to put on the silicon and than the plastic shell.Looks and feels great and originally part of the smartphone.The case helps keeps the glass face off any surface when its places faces down.Very lightweight.Ports and speakers are easily accessible.Cons:The smooth plastic surface makes me feel nervous when handling it. I'm used to a dimpled textured back but haven't dropped the phone yet.If Tudia would make a version with a textured back and kickstand, I'd buy it right away.

I just slipped this baby onto my phone literally 2 minutes prior to writing this review. I'll cut right to the chase.The delivery time, for me in the UK at least, was horrible. DHL left me wondering where my package was and had not updated their tracking since the 3rd of Feb, telling me that the item is still in the US. I contacted the seller and they told me to wait a little bit more and to contact them if the item is not delivered by a certain date.It arrived today, unexpectedly, and coincidentally two seconds after checking the DHL website for tracking information. I felt overjoyed and relieved. My OnePlus One case has finally arrived!Onto the case itself, this thing is a tank and adds massive bulk to the phone. However, isn't a tank bulky because of its armour? Bet your buttocks it is! My OnePlus One feels so much more protected than it did before and I feel as though this case can take a pretty severe beating (although I won't throw anything at it).Even with my tempered glass screen protector from OnePlus, the lip still leaves enough space to protect the screen.This case is great, and was definitely worth the wait. Hands down the best, fully protective case out there for your new, shiny One. Purchase today!Forgot to mention as it'll probably be asked: The buttons are pretty responsive too. I mean, I've used protective cases on my previous devices that have rendered the physical buttons unusable and superfluous!

Beautiful. Problem is this phone as a back cover that extremely pleasant to hold with a sandpaper kind of finish. With this cover it's very slippery. Even if the case is small, the phone feel heavy and way bigger. Buttons feel great thought.UPDATE: I drop the phone on a ceramic surface at 4 feet height. The phone hit the ceramic tile on a corner. No damage at all. Not even on the case. No scratch or bump. After 4 month of use, the case look brand new. Good buy

This is the best quality cover I have used for my opo. The red color looks awesome.
