POWER GUIDANCE Pull up Bands Resistance Bands Set Workout Exercise Loop Bands 5 Levels for Powerlifting, Muscle Strength, Pilates Resistance Training

Bought these mainly for stretching, pull-up assistance, and home workouts, and they’ve been useful so far. The different resistance levels make it easier to progress gradually or switch bands depending on the exercise. The bands feel strong enough during use and don’t feel overly flimsy when stretched. I’ve mostly used them for shoulder exercises, assisted pull-ups, and general mobility work. The downside is that the lighter bands can sometimes roll or twist during certain exercises, especially around the legs. There’s also a slight rubber smell when first opened, although it fades after a while. Good set if you want something versatile for home workouts, stretching, or strength training without taking up much space.

Good. For some reason they are sticky leaving hands dirty. I had to wash them with soap water before use.

This pull band is strong, helps with my fitness to keep fit, very thick, the material is study and indeed it a value for money

I’ve not used Bands before. This is Well made at a good price. Provides a good home workout . Comes with a carry bag that’s handy .

Only used the yellow one so far for shoulder rehab. Seem very good quality so far.

Having been able to do 20 full hang pull ups in my younger years I wanted to increase my ability back up to at least a reasonable level of about 10-15 (I'm not talking about kipping or poor form / half way pull ups). So being able to do only about 5-6 at a push now I purchased two of these (the green and red as per my ability on the chart) to assist with controlled pull up training and they are great at working on correct movement of the shoulder blades and improving strength across varying grips. I'll aim to use just the green one after a few weeks, then swap for just the red before going it alone. There's some who think you should just do negatives etc and NEVER use assistance bands, I disagree and suggest a combination of with and without bands, timed hangs, negatives, scap pull ups and varying grips. Highly recommend these reasonably priced bands, good quick delivery too.

Plenty of scope with all theses bands

Extremely stretchy, durable with appropriate resistance but I didn't receive the carry bag and manual. I've been using it for pull-up assists and bicep curls. It gets the job done unlike the cheap bands which either loose their resistance or tear apart. I'll update the review as time goes by

These straps are great! Originally bought them for use with a pull-up bar, but they’re incredibly versatile and now using them for a whole range of isolation exercises as well. Quality is excellent and easy to combine to get a whole range of assistance and/or resistance. Never thought I needed them before and now they’re some of my favourite equipment to use. Strongly recommended.

Le Loop Band sono ottime e funzionali. Perfette per chi pratica Calisthenics e Ginnastica Artistica o sport a corpo libero. Legate ad una sbarra alta sono particolamente efficaci. Quella BLU è una loop band che offre un'assistenza fin troppo esagerata: se pesate meno di 80 KG farete perfino fatica a metterla e non so a cosa vi serva visto che in pratica vi prende in braccio e più che assistervi fa tutto lei. Quella VERDE anche ha un'assistenza alta ma può già essere utile come loop band di primo inizio. La VIOLA è una medio-alta e può servire per aumentare l'intensità degli esercizi che prima si facevano con la verde o per aumentare il volume allenante di cose più pesanti. La NERA è una medio-bassa ed è forse la loop band più utile e genericamente più utilizzata. La ROSSA è quella con il grado di assistenza più basso e probabilmente all'inizio si utilizzerà molto poco in quanto è richiesta già una buona dose di forza per esercizi con questa loop band (ovviamente con le dovute differenze a seconda dell'esercizio e dell'altezza della sbarra). Bande per la palestra, mi servivano per quando faccio Lat Machine e sono veramente ottime, ti permettono di concentrare meglio lo sforzo sulla schiena e migliorare l’esecuzione / rendimento Ottima fattura e materiale resistente, una volta che si capisce come incastrarle sono molto comode e veloci da mettere
