This camera is an excellent value and true plug and play - literally no set up! Just turned it on (after charging), and it worked! Picture quality is excellent and the camera magnets are extremely strong so in addition to using the supplied mounting plate, it works great by just sticking it on the back trailer bumper!! Battery life in the camera is excellent - especially due to the solar panel integrated with the camera. No problem to just pull the camera off when the rv is parked or even use it as a security camera. Definitely would buy again

We needed a "rear view mirror" camera for our van camper to improve visibility behind us on the road. We purchased this system, which was easy to install and works great. It has little setup required. After giving the camera an initial charge, we placed it above the rear door. The magnets keep it firmly in place. The monitor sits on our dash and plugs into a nearby USB-A outlet. The camera immediately paired with the monitor and the image was clear. We have since driven several hundred miles, with daytime and nighttime driving. The image is great, even in low light and at night. After 2 days that included about 12 hours of driving, including nighttime and cloudy conditions, the camera battery was only down 1 bar. We had a reason to contact customer service, who were responsive and helpful with our question. This definitely works for us.

Buying a product like this is an investment and we are impressed with the product. It was shone to us by a neighbor who bought one. Loved the idea and price. Great quality, works really well. Easy to set up. Stays secured in place. Wireless is wonderful. We got the suction cup bracket for the windshield to mount the monitor. That works great. Monitor is clear and we like the larger monitor. Will use it for security camera when traveling too. Highly recommend this product. Thank you.

I bought this camera as a gift for my wife so she could see the inside of her horse trailer while driving and it has been a game changer. The setup was incredibly easy with no wiring and no drilling. You just attach it and go. The video quality is clear and reliable even while driving and the signal has been rock solid. Now she can quickly glance at the monitor and make sure the horses are safe or catch them doing the dumb things horses inevitably do on the road. It provides real peace of mind especially on longer hauls and has already proven its value. If you need a simple dependable camera for an RV trailer or similar setup this is absolutely worth it. I would buy it again without hesitation.

The magnetic wireless camera comes in handy. I used it on my travel travel and it worked as expected. The magnet is very strong. When I first placed it on the trailer, I pinched my finger and drew blood. Taking it off requires a bit of force. The monitor mounts nicely to the windshield (F150). It is not heavy so no problems with it with the auction mount. It gives a good picture, but when moving the frame rate of the camera and refresh rate of the monitor gives a choppy video. It is great when backing up, which is why I purchased it. Since it is wireless and super easy to install, you can use it on different vehicles.

Very Impressed. Just what I wanted. My plan is to use the camera as a rear view camera while in transport, then move the monitor inside the trailer, and move the camera above the pedestrian door, to use as a security camera while I am inside the trailer. I have setup steel mounting plates above the rear garage door, and above the side pedestrian door of my trailer. Since the camera base is magnetic, I can move the camera between the two spots. Some DIY work had to be done, since the camera kit only came with one optional steel mounting plate, and I have two mounting locations, and my trailer siding is corrugated aluminum. I have not used the camera on a camping trip yet, but I have tested the camera, and monitor, from all locations, and they work great. The camera magnet is extremely strong and should have no problem staying in place. The white colored camera is a bonus, and blends nicely with white siding of my trailer. The battery life and solar panel on the camera have yet to be tested. Overall, the camera kit seems well built, was easy to set up, and will hopefully prevent further injuries to the back of my trailer...

I’ve purchased several backup cameras in the past, including some with dash cams, but they all ended up breaking or failing to record. I’ve been using this one on my van for a little over a month now, and it is exactly what I was looking for. I had a three-level spinal fusion in my lower back about a year ago, and because of it, I cannot turn around enough to see out the back window. I have to rely on my mirrors, so I needed a camera that would give me a full, wide view of everything behind me. This camera is perfect for that. The picture is very clear, and the view is adjustable, so you can set it to show how far a car is behind you or widen it out to see all oncoming traffic. It spans several lanes, giving me a clear view of the right lane and the other lanes at the same time. The system has a dual-camera function, but the view from just one camera is so wide and clear that I haven't even needed to install the second one yet. The magnetic mount made the setup a breeze with no wiring required—which was great since I didn't want to deal with a difficult installation. It’s important to note that this doesn't have all the "fancy" features or complex controls you might find elsewhere. It’s a simple, straightforward setup. I can’t speak to the long-term durability yet or how the company’s customer support will be, but as of right now, it is working perfectly and providing the safety I needed. If you want a reliable, high-definition constant view of the road, I highly recommend this.

Arrived well packed and looks to be of high quality manufacture. One star less as it sounded from the description that it came with a metal mounting plate for the magnetic camera - it doesn't. I'll need to make something to mount it on. The supplied (US) charger didn't work but it's charging fine with my own charger. Switched everything on and the connection was instant, the image is Chrystal clear and pin sharp. I'm looking forward to installing and using this in our RV. Update: Back from 6 week trip with our RV and this camera worked perfectly and I would highly recommend it. I had to use the monitor bracket to mount the camera (magnet sticks very well to it) stuck it onto rear of RV with strong double sided tape, the advertised metal plate for mounting was not included in the box!

This rearview camera and 7-inch monitor set is a significant upgrade over previous systems I have tried on my travel trailer in several ways. Being solar powered means no tapping into RV wiring. The dual antennas for the monitor means no more "snow" particles, jerky images or loss of signal. Just steady on. The colours are faithful. Resolution great. Easy to navigate on-screen menu. I had to affix a rectangular steel plate to the rear of the trailer up towards the top for the camera's magnetic base. As others say, the magnet pulls the camera out of your hands as you close in on the steel. It's not going to move! Customer support is excellent. They have replied promptly to questions I had. Pemacom has released a newer version. I would recommend either the 2024 model or their new one assuming it's at least as good if not better.

I bought this camera to put inside my horse trailer to keep an eye on my horses while hauling. Giving it 5 stars because it did everything I expected. Easy to install, clear picture, the camera can be positioned so I could watch the horses, the magnet is very strong and did not fall off even on bumpy roads and over railway tracks. Worked great in my 2 horse bumper pull trailer. I would recommend buying this camera and monitor. Worth it for peace-of-mind hauling. Wish I had bought it sooner.

Extremely high quality camera. Images are very clear. Very easy to set up with no wiring required. Strong magnets hold camera onto back of vehicle with full confidence that it will stay put! The 7" monitor and wide angle lens on the camera makes it easy to see everything behind you. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a backup camera. Definitely the best value for the dollar on Amazon.
