No answers at the back of book. You have to pay to find out if you did the problems correctly
There are no answers at the back of the book as is common in almost every other educational text. Instead the publisher gets more money out of you by forcing you to purchase the solutions manual in order to find out if you answered the questions correctly.

No solutions to any of the problems
Appalling scam... you must buy the >£30 solutions manual to check the answers to ANY of the practice questions!

Difficult to read if you don't already have a good understanding of the topic.
To be honest, I think this book is so overrated. Unfortunately they don't use language that's easy to digest. I found topics that I understood comprehensively difficult to process when reading this book, let alone topics I wasn't as familiar with. I don't really think it was written with humans in mind.

La bibbia della chimica-fisica
Assolutamente una Bibbia per chi è incline alla chimica. Passo per passo ti accompagna nel mondo della chimica fisica classica con qualche accenno alla quanto-meccanica, ma, di quest'ultima, senza entrare troppo nel dettaglio. Per quanto riguarda tutto il resto è un'assoluta certezza. Entalpia, entropia, energia libera di Gibbs, leggi dei gas, etc tutto spiegato perfettamente sia a parole sia tramite i formalismi matematici propri della fisica. Acquisto senza dubbio consigliatissimo.
