You NEED this pan.
You may think to yourself, "do I really need this pan?", and I am here to tell you, emphatically, unequivocally, YES. Yes, you need it. You need it like air. You need it no matter if you already have a favorite set of pans. Those other pans are about to be the middle child, and this pan will be the golden child. You will find yourself washing this pan immediately after use so that it is always at the ready. Your other pans will become a distant memory, and you will begin to wish all your pans are this pan.You may think I am being dramatic. I may be, just a tad. But, that it does not negate the fact that I speak the truth.I gave it a few months before writing this review, because I wanted to see how this thing held up. First of all, it arrives like a fancy gift. As if you finally made it to some exclusive list and this pan is proof that your life has truly meant something. The pan comes with the pan itself, the lid, a steaming basket and a spatula. Like our ancestors before us, you will use every part of the animal (the pan).Nothing sticks to this thing. NOTHING. I have had many ceramic and nonstick pans in the past that claaaaimmmm to have been nonstick. All have been liars. Charlatans! Pretenders! This one is the real deal. I have cooked eggs in it, sausages, fried rice. All types of meats, veggies, dumplings...nothing sticks to it. Sauces remain smooth and perfect. It heats amazingly evenly, no cool spots on the pan at all.Cleaning? A breeze, nay, an absolute pleasure! Any residue or food bits just practically slide right out. There's no rusting at all. No scratches in the ceramic or on the outside. It's flawless and wonderful.Get this. Treat yourself, Donna Meagle would approve.

Daddy Dutton about to cook ya'll a whole meal.
Okay Okay.... maybe not Daddy Dutton- but lets just squint our eyes a bit.I've been eyeing these pans since they came out but the name brand price is ridiculous. No Dutton money here cher'. This one is SO nice. I ordered the blue, and yall the color in itself is amazing. Comes with a steamer basket as well. I've dropped it 4 times already and not a single scratch. Was the price still a little high? Yes.... Yes it was... but for me I am absolutely in love and it's 100% worth it.Super easy to clean, super easy to use all the attachments, cooks evenly (most importantly)- the bottom of the pan did not burn or turn brown like other pans, and no issues with the lead releasing steam.

OnePan 10.5", Cast Aluminum - very nice pan!
UPDATE: I love this pan! This is the perfect pan for a senior citizen (that being myself) as it isn't super heavy and, is EASY to clean by hand, I would not put this in the dishwasher, I leave it on the top of my stove as I use it daily. I cook everything in this pan and nothing sticks. The top knob gets hot so you have to use a pot folder to remove the lid. It is a well-made pan and I wish more pans could be ordered like this but I can only find this one pan made by Nutricook. It truly lives up to its name one pan. It is the only pan I need at this stage of my life.I have been using this pan often. It comes with a steamer basket which is OK and steams vegetables well but I prefer my steamer as it can steam a lot more vegetables in one cooking session. The pan does get hot including the exterior. The only part that doesn't get super hot is the end of the handle. But this is normal for most of my many pans. It cooks great! I have used it to cook, eggs, lamb, chicken, pork chops, spinach etc.. Nothing sticks and everything is cooked just as I like it. The breaded pork chops cooked perfectly. It is super easy to clean. I use liquid dish detergent and a soft sponge. I buy soft sponges just for cleaning my non-stick cookware. This is not super heavy but it does have some weight to it. I am elderly and can lift this pan with no issues. It is a very nice pan and I love the blue color. I leave it on top of my stove because it makes me happy to look at it.

Versatile pan for the kitchen
This Nutricook 10.5” OnePan is surprisingly versatile for my kitchen. It's well-made, looks nice, and is well-balanced, and the handle is comfortable to hold and stays cool in use. I tried multiple ways of cooking and was pleased with the results of all of them.1. Sauté - browned mushrooms evenly with no sticking.2. Frying - browned up bacon with ease. The temperature stayed even and the resulting bacon was cooked perfectly.3. Standard Cooking - in making an omelet, the eggs and ingredients didn't stick at all.4. Boiling - I boiled Mac and Cheese and the pan worked great on medium heat. After cooking each time, the pan was easily cleaned with a paper towel. The included spatula was nice, though it’s a little small for full-pan items like the omelets.I haven’t tried using this pan for baking, though given all my other results, I anticipate that I’ll be happy with the results. It should be noted that the instructions state the pan shouldn’t be used above medium heat or damage to the pan could occur. The pan performed well at the lower temperatures, but I am concerned it will be tricky to remember to keep it at lower settings than I typically use. The pan tested negative for lead using my home kit, but the company does state on their website under the California requirements link that lead was used in manufacturing this item, in addition to other cancer-causing metals (not uncommon for ceramic-coated pots and pans). Damage to the coating could release those metals into cooking, which concerns me since my other pans tend to get damaged easily in regular use.Hopefully, I’m able to get into a better habit of using caution while cooking because I truly enjoyed how easy this pot was to use and how well it cooked. I’m looking forward to using it more and seeing how it performs over time.

Okay pan, high price
My current pots and pans are long over due to be replaced. I've never had cookware that would be considered high-end and have always just gotten what I'd describe as a kitchen in a box, giving you several pots and pans in varying sizes for <$100. I decided instead of getting another set of aluminum nonstick pans that will significantly decline in quality within a year and be practically useless after 3 or 4, I'd invest in higher quality cookware and just replace everything slowly over time. First replacement was my larger skillet, as it gets the most use.But on to the actual pan... It's... Okay. To be honest, I was a little underwhelmed as I expected more from a single pan that cost $100, when that's how much I'd usually spend on a 20 piece set. It's not as deep as it looks in the photos, so I definitely won't be using it to make pasta, but I also have a family of 5 to feed. It heats up much faster and gets much hotter than the pans that I am used to. That did take some adjustment on my part but that's nothing against the pan. The non-stick so far is working very well. It's super easy to clean and I haven't had any issues with anything sticking. It also heats very evenly which is a nice and welcome change of pace.I am slightly concerned about the anticipated longevity of the pan and how the quality will hold up over time. The pan itself has given me no reason to be concerned, but the spatula that came with the pan has already broken. Simply trying to flip a burger somehow. The material under the silicone snapped right below the spatula portion at the base of the handle, causing the part that you actually use to just flop around uselessly. If the quality of the included accessory is any indication, I am not sure that the pan itself will withstand the test of time.Overall, the pan is decent. It's a good size and it's nice that it can be used both on the cooktop and in the oven and it seems to have quality non-stick attributes. My three star review does not necessarily come from any issues I've had but more so the price to me it was not worth $100 and at a lower price point I likely would have given a higher rating
