I purchased this item in mid June of 2025 as a travel bidet for emergency trips to the bathroom when I am away from my home bidet. About 5 weeks in, the item started turning itself on and running down the battery charge. Sometimes (if I heard it running I would try to turn it off. Sometimes I could and sometimes I couldn't no matter how many times I pressed the power button. The return date had passed by about a week so I sent an email to the company for warrenty support. After 6 weeks it stopped working altogether. Sent another email. It's been over a week and a half and still no response from the company who wrote on their website that they get back to customers within a day or two. I think an item that cost around $50.00 should at least have a working life greater than 5 or 6 weeks. By the way, that translated to only ONE actual use. I only was able to use the device once before the trouble started.

Had to use in shower

I got it and it worked fine good pressure but after 3 months the container sprung a leak so I would use a gallon bottle and it worked fine. It worked for nine months then quit working and I threw it away.

Easy to use in any bathroom

Looks like everything it should be exact to illustration. I haven’t used it yet. Got it for my camper van and camp outs. I’m pleased

Amazing. Not as strong as a home bidet but still very use able.

I originally bought this for a visiting relative, but ended up using it myself and was genuinely impressed. It’s compact and packs flat, so perfect for travel, and charges quickly — ready to go in no time. It’s easy to use, surprisingly effective, and much more convenient than I expected. A great little gadget to have on hand whether you’re at home or on the move. Very pleased with this purchase!
