Rarely do I write product reviews. When I first purchased the product, there were few reviews to really use as a basis for an informed choice. I am happy to report this supplement does work amazingly after taking it for around 3-4 weeks. My 42 year old, fair complexion has a notable bronze glow that is not at all orange. I did get sunburnt on the one 80 degree day we had in Ohio during the month of March. The sunburn was not as bright as it usually would have been, and the burn turned into a tan within hours. The capsules are large, but relatively easy to swallow. I did appreciate that the capsules reveal the contents.

It absolutely works. Gives a warm glow that would take a lot of sun exposure to get in the past. Took an about a bottle to get there. Just take with meals to ensure absorption.

It's only been 3 weeks minus a day, but I can already see a difference (in early April after not being outside since August it makes sense), skin all around looks healthier too.

I wanted to give this a try since it only had one negative review.Unfortunately, I had the same negative side effects. After three days of taking the supplement, my muscles became very sore.I continued taking the product for a full three weeks just to give it a chance. I can no longer do my daily workouts that I’ve been doing for the past three months. I can only do one rep before I feel like I am going to collapse - My muscles are so sore. I haven’t really noticed any change in my skin color.Other than that. I do feel fine. Just cannot exert myself or build muscle.

I'm very fair and was delighted to see a beautiful improvement in skin color/tone with just a week's use! However, after taking this for two months, a pretty dramatic rash popped up on my ankles. After a bit of research, I tracked it down to the Lycopene which contains the histamines like those found in tomatoes. Rash cleared up when I stopped taking the lycopene. I'm trying a week on / week off in hope of keeping the benefits and avoiding the downside.

Works as described

I noticed a difference in about a week. My skin feels softer and the glow is beautiful.**I have psoriasis really bad, and tons of discoloration/scars on my arms and legs. There is a major difference in the uniformity of my skin coloring after using this. Which was a beautiful surprise. Cause I wasn't sure how it would look and I'm very self conscious of the discoloration. I highly recommend this product for a nice, even, tan.

I don’t want to give super low score because apparently some people say it works. But I personally fell into the minority of it causing muscle weakness and lightheadedness. I have been taking it less than a week but for the past two days after I take it. I get dizzy and weak.
