You need to use some before putting the pump in. My only complaint is that the bourbon flavor isn't strong enough so I have to add an extra pump or two. I’m flying through this due to that. This isn’t my first syrup by them and I usually don’t go through them this fast because a couple of pumps is fine. Still delicious!

Flavor is great! So good maakes me wonder if they make it for Starbucks? Very good in cild brew coffee. I obviously make my own. Starbucks cild brew pumpkin is good I think min is better! Sweetness and smell is right on point. I use 2 tbsp (30mil) per 130 mil of cold brew concentrate poured over ice in 16oz tumbler. Also great for making a 6oz cappuccino. I don't do lattes so can't comment on what strenght to use in a latte. At first I thought 750 mil would out last it's best before date but Ive used ½ already. BTW, it doesn't appear to need refrigeration after opening or at least I couldn't find "requires refrigeration after opening" on the bottle anywhere.

This syrup is delicious and it always comes with a new pump!! And I get it just in time with subscribe and save!

This is the second lavender syrup I've tried from Amazon and I would say it's just okay. The flavor is very mild, so I have to use more syrup than I would like to get much flavor from it. I use it in my coffee and matcha lattes. It does blend well, and I like that it comes with a pump. I would say it's a good value for the money, considering how much I save by using it with my home espresso machine compared to the cost of drinks from your average cafe.

we use this to flavour water from our sodastream and we love it. The ingredients are clean (dye from fruits and veggies) which we love. The pump is easy to use and easy to clean.
