very good hearing aid
I just received my Vomues Hearing Aid from Amazon and I'm very impressed with this product. I already own a set of hearing aids from a well known competitor which are not the high end hearing aids that sell for thousands of dollars. The kind I already have were purchased by my wife from the home shopping network on TV and they did cost a little more than the Vomues I purchased from Amazon. That being said I think I can make a honest & accurate comparison based on one year of use. Both hearing aids come with a rechargeable pod . Both fit comfortably & directly in your ear canal and are inconspicuous. Both have great clarity & sound and the only real difference in both hearing aids is the one I already owned allows you to manually adjust the sound while having the hearing aid in your ear . The new one's which by the way I bought as a back up and extra set just in case one needs charging . My Vomues which I got from Amazon which were about $150 less than my other set. Plus they come with a tiny tool that allows you to manually adjust your sound level before you put the hearing aid in your ear . In all honesty I kinda like the feature of being able to adjust your hearing level while having your hearing aid already in your ear, but after wearing my new Vomues and following the instructions turning the little screw to the left deceases your sound and turning the little screw to the right increases your sound . So what I did I turned the tiny screw all the way to the left first then I turned the screw exactly to the halfway point . I put my Vomues directly in my ear canal and one last point of interest is they fit in comparison to my first set a little better more snug and slightly smaller which means you can't hardly see them which is a plus also. Now one last thing when putting your Vomues hearing aid in your ear try to put them straight in and let them go because if you continue to handle them and kinda move them around in your canal it allows air to seep in and you'll get feedback sound like a microphone so the quicker you adjust them stop touching them. Again the Vomues Hearing Aid is very good this particular one and yes it's state of the art equipment very well made and it's a great price so you won't be disappointed.

Buyer Beware 1 Year Warranty
I purchased this for my grandmother who was visiting me, however, she fell ill and could not visit until a few months later.Unfortunately, by the time she arrived, the 1 month amazon coverage was over. When she tried on the hearing aid, it would emit a high pitched sound and she would have to remove them. That sound would only happen when the ear piece was in her ear. It would stop once she removed them. We tried all the trouble shooting recommendations and none worked.I contacted amazon, and because I passed the 1 month return period, Amazon told me I had to contact Vomues LLC directly as they had a 1 year warranty in the product and will give me a refund. Here’s the catch, Vomues LLC has NO CONTACT INFORMATION. There isn’t a phone number, email, or address listed anywhere on the packaging or the booklet it came with. They don’t even have a website which I discovered when I tried to google the company.I told Amazon and they told me to reach out using the buyer/seller messenger via the Amazon app. They responded to offer me a replacement, but by this point, my grandma already purchased a working hearing aid and didn’t need a replacement. When I declined the replacement and requested a refund, they disappeared. I kept trying to contact them and they kept ignoring my messages. Only when I said I would have to involve my lawyers, they responded only to offer me a replacement again. After I declined they said they don’t have my order information on file and won’t be able to give me a refund. I sent them a photo with proof that I ordered it and it was sold by Vomues LLC that included my order number, and again they disappeared. I’ve been trying to reach them for 6 months now.I wanted to type this review to warn buyers, if you plan on returning, do so right away before the first month is up. Otherwise, you will not get a refund as they do not honor the 1 year warranty they claim to offer in the description.

75yo grandma likes it, but not as comfy as professional fit from an ENT dr.
She has been using them for a decent period before writing the review, so we feel this is pretty accurate/objective.First, limitations/cons:#1 - The ear fittings are just like air pods (ear bud headphones). This is fine for 90% of people, but she's gets uncomfortable after a whole day wearing them.#2 - over-the-counter hearing aids amplify ALL frequencies, whereas professional/prescription ones have both a customized fit and they are tuned to amplify *only* the frequencies the person is losing. It's not a down-side per se, just something people should be aware of.Now, the plus sides:#1 AMAZING for people with wide-spectrum hearing loss#2 PHENOMENAL performance for the price!#3 GREAT BATTERY LIFE#4 the case itself recharges the ear pieces! If the battery goes, just put it back in the case to recharge it, and recharge the case when you get home (just like ear buds).#5 SUPER EASY TO USE - auto-connects, simple dial for volume, instruction book is easy to read for different modes#6 Independent Performance (use either one, or both ear buds, as you choose)#7 noise cancellation is good! They work just like air pods/ear buds for canceling noise.Overall, this is a *great product* if you want to try an overall hearing aid and see how it benefits you or your loved one before the devoting a huge time and cost to Ear/nose/throat doctor or audiologist visits, expensive prescription devices, etc. However, if you only need a few important bands of frequencies, then this might make everything a little louder than you like and those customers may wish to see an audiologist for more fine-tuned hearing support.

This works well.
There is a learning curve to adjusting this but they work well for someone with mild hearing loss. There is a learning curve to using but it's been wonderful not to have the TV blasting me out of the room.
