3600W Jack Hammer

Worked well I bought the 3600w I think. Had plenty of power and it's well worth the 168 bucks. It was 70 bucks a day to rent a 65lb jack hammer and I was working on pool in evenings after work so i would have to rent one for a week. After reading reviews i decided to try the China route to save some money. Now i did have to return the first one i ordered it burned up after 8 hours of use but it was no problem to return amazon was great and sent me a new one with 1 day shipping. The second unit has worked well. Its not a high dollar unit but us built very well with a time proven design. Use a heavy 10 gauge cord and you shouldn't have any issues. Now this jack hammer is close to a 60 lb hammer and is plenty heavy enough to bust up 4to 6 in slab. Mine was reinforced with steel and it did well. The only down fall is it doesnt hammer hard all the time it needs heavy resistance to complete stroke and it the concrete piece is moving it quits hammering hard and just vibrates. The solution is cycling the power on and off. When it stops hammering and starts a light vibration cycle thr power on and off and it works great. In conclusion for 168 bucks you cant go wrong dont expect the performance of a 1000 dollar hammer but expect that this cheap China tool will get the job done and save you some money. Make sure you keep oil in it and it will get the job done and if it breaks amazon will replace in a timely manner. The chisels are hardened and show no wear after putting it thru 20 hours of torture. 2026 update. Still going strong. Had to bust up some more c8ncret around pool that I didn't do in 2019. Worked great. I also loaned to neighbor to bust up his pool deck. So at this point its busted up couple thousand sq ft of concrete. I can't beleave I havent killed this thing yet. It doesn't get used everyday so your milage may vary In pro setting but for the homeowner this thing is bad ass. I just saw the price is 250 now and this is still a buy

I'm a concrete contractor and I have used the Bosch, Hilti, and other similar brand name equipment and I'm here to tell you this little beast can hold it's own. I'm fully aware that this unit will probably not outlast those name brands in the long run, however, at this price point it's still more profitable to me to just buy a new one if this one doesn't last more than a year. We are currently using it out at a commercial job where we are demoing a gas station parking lot and re-paving it. It was going to cost me 2x what this unit cost to rent a brand name hammer from a rental place, so I figured what the hell if this tool makes it through the job I'll consider it a win. Right out of the box we put it through about 6 hours of continuous use only stopping for short water breaks. We were using it to chip down footings that are probably 4 ft deep and squaring up the bases to make them look nicer when we install new concrete. The unit handled it like a champ. While the Bosch and Hilti would have probably done it much faster, the trade off is this unit is not as cumbersome and much easier to handle. The flat tip and chisel tip work great and are of equal quality to the name brands. The tool itself never let up and my dad who is also my business partner and has 40+ years in the concrete business was highly impressed when I told him how much this unit cost. Let me tell you it's hard to impress him. For the lighter stuff like 4" sidewalks and access ramps it tore through them with ease. It has enough power for what we would probably ever use it for and as I said if it lasts me a year I call that a win. I did buy the warranty on it as well so we'll see if I ever need to use that. Shipping was fast and the unit was packaged well. The hard plastic rolling case is also a bonus and much easier to haul around than those dolly carts the other units come on. Now, be advised, this unit still pushes around 40lbs which for most people is heavy. So please be safe and careful as you could easily hurt yourself or others if you're a DIYer or homeowner. Use proper technique and wear steel toe or hard toe shoes. So far I'm pleased with my purchase and I do recommend the product. I will update this review if any issues arise.

The construction is solid. It is a bit heavier for a small person. Came with a small bottle of oil 1/8 filled, you probably want to visit your local hardware store to get more engine oil to fully filled it up before use. The handle is spring to absorb vibration. The pounding is not constant, every couple of seconds, but it got the job done breaking concrete foundation. Came with 2 bits. The quality is better than the basic. The switch is toggle on/off and not like the basic entry level press and hold switch.

I purchased this jack hammer thinking that it will last me some time. However it turned out to be a piece of junk. I only used it 4 times for about 15-20 min each time to demo small pieces of concrete. The unit produced smoke and it powered off. The seller recommended me to replace the carbons. However I don't know much when it comes to opening equipment and I don't have the proper tools, plus the carbons only lasted the 4th time I used it!! I understand the price is affordable but I expected more run time than what it actually gave me. I was expecting the seller to find a different route in order to resolve this issue but they only gave me the option to fix it myself. Please don't buy this product as it will not last you more than 4 months.

Heavy but very usable tool. Instructions are very limited and should indicate that grease should be applied to the tool bits. It was cheaper to purchase this tool rather than rent one. Very satisfied with this tool.

Trigger stopped working within two weeks. Good news is they replaced for free So far second one still working after two weeks. Worth a try for the money.

I had some trouble with a concrete post I was replacing (two bags). So I bought this powerful electric jack hammer and it easily took care of the matter. Guys this is a real beast and not too hard to handle. I would recommend this to any home owner having issues with concrete.

Per other reviews, the on/off switch is poorly located and is easily tripped while in use. Don’t let it turn you away. This is a heavy tool and you need to take breaks with it anyways. The construction of this machine is solid. The biggest challenge with this machine is getting it to hammer consistently. The top tier Makita and Hilti hammers fire nonstop until it’s turned off or broken. This guy is a little finicky, where it turns on and runs but doesn’t hammer consistently. I am not sure if, I got a lemon or not. I am guessing I got what I paid for. To engage the hammering the machine needs to be lifted and repositioned at times or the bit needs to be free from the weight of the machine. As this is a 65lb machine it’s hard work to lift it and reposition it, especially when Your arms are sore. The instruction manual says to turn the machine on and let it run for 3 minutes before use, change the oil every 60 hours, and to change the “brushes” between uses. The machine comes with tools, bits, oil, and gloves. The goggles and dust mask are crap. But if you are buying this you probably already have both… I have no idea what brushes are supposed to get changed or how to get them… Anyways you will get what you paid for and it will get the job done. I took out a reinforced pony walls and floor with this guy and it saved me money over renting a more quality model. If I was going to do concrete demo work regularly, I would spend the $$$$ for it.

It was fantastic for the fist few hrs , I didn’t care that the Case was broken only came with one chisel no replacement magnets I was like this thing is a monster . I was only using it in 30 min intervals so I could clean up after chiseling so Haskell 30 min on 1.5 hrs off No it leeks oil the springs keep getting getting loose . And making smoke from motor . Lesson learned it was the most expensive thing g I have gotten from Amazon. Never again .
