A wonderful steal from prime days!
This is a great television for me. I have a light filled living room so needed something that would work well in high light. The picture is clear and crisp in the height of the day. The sound is excellent in an open concept living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceilings. I will not be needing a sound bar. I did not use the flush mount frame because I needed the tilt down (it is mounted above a very high fireplace) and to be able to swing it in the direction of the kitchen. The remote is very intuitive but is slim and slippery so that now has a much needed silicone sleeve. Samsung makes it super easy to set up. Connected to my WiFi immediately. I love this purchase!

Fantastic look and feel
I can’t get over Samsung TVs. For me it’s their graphical user interface and their remote controls. So easy and a pleasure to use. They also operate much faster than other brands which is a discriminator for me. Plus for the frame look. Sits so close to the wall!

I’m a week in and HATE this TV!!! Literally angry that I bought it
Samsung Hijacked My TV This TV looks amazing on the wall, sleek, modern, impressive display. But the second you turn it on, it becomes a total nightmare. Let’s start with the most maddening part: Samsung TV Plus. It force-launches constantly. I’ve turned off every setting you can imagine: Autorun Smart Hub, Last App, Samsung TV Plus, Ambient Mode… all OFF. I even deleted every channel. Doesn’t matter. Every time I go into settings, just to adjust something simple, it blasts Samsung’s “Live TV” content at me. Usually it’s something I’d never watch (Fox News or country music, in my case), and there’s no way to make it stop. It’s like Samsung designed this TV to be their advertising platform first, and your personal entertainment system second. And then there’s the art problem. This model clearly has some kind of Art or Ambient Mode, because it keeps showing a random Superman artwork I never asked for. But guess what? You can’t change it without signing up for a paid Samsung Art Store membership. I didn’t buy this TV to be forced into a subscription just to stop it from showing content I don’t want on my own screen. Even uploading your own images is a convoluted mess that requires using a separate app on your phone and syncing it via SmartThings. So to recap: ✅ Great picture ❌ Total loss of control ❌ Constant forced ads and unwanted content ❌ Can’t even change the art without jumping through hoops or paying extra Unless you love battling your own TV and being bombarded with content you didn’t choose, do not buy this model. I’ve wasted way too much time trying to wrestle control back from a device that should have just… let me watch what I want.

Great investment! Stylish and High quality TV!
We are obsessed with our new Samsung Frame TV. We debated for months if it was "worth" the investment in a frame TV and we are convinced now it is. I hate having a big black box as the focal point of our room when we're not using our TV. The frame TV is stylish, fits well in our room, has incredible quality (not sacrificed at all), and is lightweight and can be mounted flush with the wall. It truly does look like a framed piece of art! The sound quality is great, it feels durable and we find it easy to use and navigate. Highly highly recommend!

Worth It!
Great tv. Very happy with this purchase. Instructions not that great but we have the internet, so that works. I did look some things up on line before mounting on the wall so I could get a good overview of how to do it. Suggest doing that before mounting, don’t rush it, take your time. I’m a grandma and I managed it. Color quality is great. Sound is good. Took some time to adjust to how the remote works, not because anything is wrong with it, it’s just new. Paired with Alexa and I can tell her to go to Netflix, etc., I like that. Art feature is fabulous. I bought/downloaded a few pics from Etsy and some of my photos. I did not buy/subscribe to Samsungs Art, I might in future. It’s a lot of fun to be able to change the art on the wall (tv) to fit my mood. Overall very happy with this purchase. It was worth the money.

Pretty good, but not great
Display: I actually bought this TV for the art feature. The matte display offers a great option for this. Plus being able to buy borders that make it look more like art helps. But, If your lighting isn’t quite right or bright enough in the room, it’s not as convincing. And also suffers viewing from an angle. See photos. It’s just… pretty good. Art: the selection is actually quite fantastic, and they look excellent. You’re also able to choose size and color of the matte, which IMO, is the most convincing piece to having it look like framed art. It’s possible to add your own photos, but not use a matte and they look way less convincing. I’d love to see Samsung put in software that automatically helps with this on the TV (cropping and matte). So that has to be done yourself- you’ll need the right aspect ratio cropping then be able to use the app or a storage device to transfer. Finally, the art subscription is paid. Setup: mounting, while straight forward and the instructions are clear, you’ll need to be precise. I do actually love the external input box, and this is indeed is what allows this tv to mount flush. Sound: it’s pretty bad. Get a sound bar. Display quality: I love the matte screen. Colors are vibrant, but can look oversaturated in vivid mode. It’s no OLED, but being that it’s an art first TV for me, it’s fine. I haven’t tried gaming on it, but I’m sure it’s fine. It probably won’t blow your sox off. Overall: it’s pretty good. Get it on sale at a price that you feel is a good value. I waited a few years for that.

This is a fantastic TV, everything about it is amazing. The pictures and paintings you can display look so real. The service was also five star. I ordered in the evening and it was delivered the next morning!

Brilliant bit of kit… easy to set up, easy to use looks great on the wall and love the idea of it looking like a piece of art on the wall instead of a huge black rectangle when it’s not in use as a Tv.
