how much can it make?

To be honest I use it a spoon at a time; sometimes to cook rice or pasta, sometimes in a half spoon in a one plate sauce. (marsala or stroganoff type dishes) So it depends on whether you use 4 oz in 2 gal soup recipe or reduce it for stronger demi glace; a "To taste" proportion dictates. Unlike bullion cubes you can reduce this. I cook for one so it lasts me a few months.

How many sodium mg listed on Nutrition Facts?

I never check for sodium on anything. I am sure the label will list it. I am out and need to reorder. I think Minor has low sodium beef and chicken base products. You can go to their website and I feel sure they have listed nutritional facts. Good luck.
