Florida Review
I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder.I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good.We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it.Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do.The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later.Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline.

Great value for a quality trampoline!
I was able to use the included directions and some tips found on YouTube to put this trampoline together. It went together fairly easily. The trampoline is fairly sturdy. I would advise purchasing some trampoline stakes separately. The included stakes are flimsy and will not keep the trampoline secure.

Great Trampoline, SUPERIOR Customer Service!
This is a great trampoline for the money. We’ve had it for over a year now and my kids love it. Very easy to assemble, rugged enough for my wild kiddos, and all around a great buy.I want to point out that their customer service is unmatched by anyone I’ve ever dealt with in all my years on this planet. I reached out on more than one occasion to get a couple spare parts that were damaged from storms we had. They were not only very quick to respond but they provided the parts at no cost to me, even when I offered to pay. It is very rare in my experience to receive such amazing customer service like that anymore.I’d buy this again for that reason alone. Thank you!

On the fence, hop over..JUMPZYLLA Trampoline 14ft.
I put this together in 3 hours-myself..6 foot tall, 50 something chick-you can do this yourself-would be faster if you have help, of course. The springs are not difficult at all- use the tool and continually install ones across from one you just placed and you'll have zero issues. The time consuming portion for me was the poles that hold the netting at the top. Great concept, not so stellar execution. There would be no issues if the poles would simply stay in place the first time. Being tall, a fix is easier for me than most-if a shorter person, this would have been a different review. A solid 45 minutes was fixing the poles after they popped out, repeatedly. My creative mind will figure a solution to this, possibly involving E6000. I gladly had bought an 8 pack of anchors and straps as the U shaped stakes they send are more suitable for a mini version of horsehoes. Overall, I'd buy again based of my experience so far-time will tell! Plea to Jumpzilla-Please create some sort of putty/clips or netting poles that are attached together so our time isn't spent re-installing/re-inventing the top poles.~ The added gift is very much appreciated-thank you!

Easy to put together; net poles broke after 2 months
Update after a year- the trampoline itself is still ok. The net is cheap and is broken in several spots. It has broken at a top connector, and several of the poles are broken. The company sent me a couple new poles after they broke in the first 2 months, but the other poles have now also broken. We had some wind this week and 2 poles broke through at the connection points. I’ll be looking to build my own net poles now.Update: in our 2nd month of having the trampoline, it flipped, even though we were using the stakes provided. Obviously they are not adequate unless perhaps your ground is very hard. Within a month, 2 of the poles for the netting have broken in two, leaving jagged edges. The crazy thing is the day it flipped, we weren’t even having strong winds or storms, and it had held through storms before. We just got it put up this evening, so I can’t attest to durability just yet. However, putting it together was easy enough. I did it without my husband, but with the help of my 9 and 13 year old sons. It was helpful to have a second set of hands to hold things in place. It took us right at 2 hours. 2 adults could do it a bit quicker. It looks great and jumps great, so we’re looking forward to hours of play. It was funny that when we unfolded the jump part, there were shoe prints and bare footprints on it that we did not make.

Just as promised
Came on time and all the pieces were present and intact. We did find out that if the holes on the legs aren't aligning with the T piece, you need to flip the legs around. So while the instructions don't say that there is a right or wrong way to put the U shaped leg on, there is. That was the only hang up we had with assembly. There are some very easy to follow videos on YouTube that are even easier than the written instructions. We had it put together in a few hours.
