Still an amazing phone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Samsung Galaxy S10e may not be the newest model, but it’s still fast, reliable, and feels premium. The screen is bright and sharp, the size is perfect for one-handed use, and the camera takes beautiful photos. Plenty of storage and smooth performance—definitely a great buy!

Great phone
It's been a few months now that I'm using this phone, and I have no issues. The battery lasts long enough, the OS doesn't freeze. I dropped it a couple of times but it's still working fine. So, I'm happy with this purchase.

Excellent Service and Product
Just what I ordered, a refurbished cell phone in excellent condition, everything went just as planned. Paid extra for an emergency replacement, came when expected. Couldn't be happier, now on vacation with this new phone.

Concern about the battery
After a month or so this phone is junk. Updated to 1 star. It is an older phone that does not support 5g so if u put a 5g sim in it drops calls constantly and u have to reboot it. Battery life is incredibley short if u do anything with it. Only plus is the camera is nice. Probably going to swap back to my A series

Good phone- Cleans & no scratches-Android Version 12 will not work well with GN hearing aids
Phone arrive in excellent condition. Clean and no scratches.Perfect size for a phone.Functions well overall.Battery seems to last a long time.My only complaint is that the Android version (12) does not effectively work with my GN hearing aids. Minus ONE star.So I cannot use the phone.

phone was free from physical defects but has horrible battery health.
battery life was about 10 hours with wifi, gps and bluetooth off. battery life is about 3 hours with wifi gps and bluetooth on and screen used for 1 hours. not broken does not equate to refurbished phone. have low to no expectations.

Mucho problema
Malísimo, el teléfono llegó con problemas en la cámara, intentamos cambiarlo, todo el proceso con Amazon bien, pero con el vendedor y el seguro terrible, después de esperar una semana el reemplazo qué nunca llegó,pedí la devolución, eso si no tuve problemas
