I used it for a little bit and it’s already working really good:)!!!

Product works perfectly. As a soldier in the Army, this has prepared me for the ACFT as well as hiking through terrain. Trust me it’s worth the purchase. If your level of endurance is minimal, allow this to be a jump start.

I use it while driving to and from work. I like to convince and will continue to use it to help increase my lung capacity.

In the pictures it shows people using this while they’re working out. Yet in the instructions it pretty much tells you that the device is to be used as an exercise in it of itself. It doesn’t state anything about using it while you’re working out. The design needs to be better as well. I used it while hiking and the slobber that dripped out of this thing was absolutely amazing.

I bought this for my husband, and one from SHEIN for $3. Apparently the $3 one from SHEIN was better suitable for my husband. He is a professional boxer and is training right now for a fight. He said the adjuster on the end was better on the SHEIN one. I am not a sponsor for SHEIN lol.

Sometimes you need to push the rubber piece down to help with the resistance but its fantastic
