I originally purchased these for postpartum but I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and battling a nasty upper respiratory infection that is causing me to cough and am unable to hold my bladder during a coughing spell. I originally tried incontinence pads but regularly experienced leaks with them and became increasingly frustrated with the constant changing of my clothes and having to launder several times a day. I decided to try one of these and am pleasantly surprised with the amount of negative reviews saying they experienced leaks. I haven't seemed to have that issue yet and am so happy with the fit and absorbtion from these briefs. I feel clean and dry even with the obvious leaks from coughing and appreciate the lack of smell from the "perfumed" scent of the briefs and the no swishing sound letting people know I am infact wearing a diaper. I am confident these will be a lifesaver come postpartum. Would definitely buy again.

These are the most comfortable adult pull ups on the market. They fit me where other brands are a lot smaller.They are well made and absorbent. I wear one everyday with out worries. I have osteoarthritis so wearing adiaper won't work. These are so easy to use and dispose of. Great price too.

Bought these for grandma. She liked them but didn't say much about them. She passed away at 101 years old recently.

We use these for elder care. Tried all kinds and these seem to be the most comfortable for my mother. However the XL runs too snug for her, and bother her, so although these are a bit too big, they don't bother her aging skin as much as smaller size. I am sure if her skin wasn't so sensitive the size would be fine for a younger person.

Bought these for when I went into labor. They worked a little too well! Water broke in them and baby was coming fast. Surprisingly it held most of the fluid, but made so well the midwife had to fight them off of me to catch baby.

Let me start with: I wanted to like these underwear, and for the most part, I do. It is comfortable; There is no need to cut to open to fit. Cotton bottom, I only have one problem. It is scentedI have environmental COPD and sinus sinus, which doesn't allow me to tolerate perfume or scented items.If it controls odor, it is another word for scented. I Gave it three stars because it should have stated scented.

wish the back was displayed as well so I would have know it was like a thong. no protection on the back at all, i got them because sense giving birth my periods have been to much for supper pads to handle, these leek bad due to barely covering anything. the pic is wrong they are more like what a sumo wrestler would ware in shape. The back is a same shape as the front why did they think this was a good idea? Are adult dipper wedgies all the rage Theas days?
