Wow!! This oil has really made a HUGE difference on my breast. I use it directly on my breast in combination with shea butter lotion because to me the germ oil smells awful. Thats the one major downside. And I massage in a circular motion at least once a night. I had lost too much weight too quickly and my size D breast went down to a miserable, saggy loose skinned B. And im only in my twenties. I was so embarassed. Now they are firmer, my nipples even seem to look better, and im back to a C. I was so depressed over my breast but this oil has helped so much and its only been like two weeks!!! I dont even care about the smell because the resutls have been amazing. It even helps with strech marks. Just be warned that it does smell weird. It tastes pretty good too. I have tried it over salads, although i bought it mainly for my skin. Ive tried so many things for my breast and with nightly massages you will see a difference!!!

As this is my first experience with Wheat Germ oil, I am impressed with the quality. Wheat Germ oil has a ton of benefits and uses.

My experience with NOW Products is that nearly all of them are very good quality, and this wheat germ oil meets my expectations. I use it internally , taking about a teaspoon a day for the vitamin E and other health benefits , and I occasionally use it topically to help alleviate dry skin. I wish it would be available in a brown glass bottle instead of plastic. That's my only criticism and my reason for not giving 5 stars. Otherwise it's a good product at a reasonably fair price.

It makes my skin tingle like no oil I've ever used. I know it's effectively working to first moisturize my skin / scalp and then to provide my cells with the necessary nutrients. I bought my first bottle of wheat germ oil from the seller Dr. Adorable ( I don't know what I was thinking ) even so, that bottle just had a Sticker label of the contents inside and an expiration date. It was ok yet if it was authentic I could have not known. I needed more of the oil and less of the mystery and that is why I bought this brand. In this case brand familiarity was key in my skin care. I love it and it gives my hair the right amount of lust and softness. My skin is well moisturized and I will continue to buy this type and brand of the WGO

I use this on my skin day and night, instead of moisturizers. It's chock full of cermides which act like cellular "glue", increasing hydration and strengthening the strateum corneum. As an esthetician, I am a strong proponent of using pure, unrefined plant oils for the skin, as opposed to chemical and perfumed over-the-counter moisturizers. However, this application may not be for the faint of heart. It has a very strong nutty smell, and it may be too "greasy" for some. It irritates my eyes if I get it in them, and that's one sore spot. And it will turn your pillow and clothes and a slightly orange color if you get it on them. But, in terms of achieving that much sought after "glow", dewy hydration and luminosity, this oil stands above the rest. If you're an oily skin type, I recommend grape seed oil instead (it's "thinner", and is more of an astrigent oil).
