Good and sleep. The flavor to me is like a medicinal, herbal tea, at first I enjoy it, but of course, after drinking as it cools, it gets kind, odd tasting, and even has somewhat of an aftertaste, but when you’re sick, that isn’t even a secondary thought when all you want is relief. Be superduper mindful however: if you have kidney issues of any kind or concerns about your kidneys you may want to pass on this.
