Two strap buckles snapped already
I did like this bag a lot and it can hold a lot of stuff but two of the plastic strap buckles have snapped into pieces already. This bag has only been used for a month. I haven’t adjusted the straps, it wasn’t overloaded, it must just be poor quality.It broke just out of the returns window too. Complete waste of money and now I need to buy my son another bag.

Overpayment
It's OK does what I needed it for but I think I overpaid for it as my last one was exactly the same but only cost me 5£ on temu

Good backpack, I was unlucky and one of the zip ends came
The backpack was fine, but one of the zip ends came off within a couple of days. We were away and couldn’t return, so now it will stay like that. The zip still works.
