Look, I’ve gone through more wallets than I care to admit—trying to find that perfect blend of form, function, and that little something extra you can’t always explain. Admittedly, I’m addicted to wallets. The Bellroy Flip Case Second Edition might just be it. Right out of the box, this thing feels premium. It’s got that satisfying magnetic snap when you flip it open, like it’s quietly telling you, “I’m not like the others.” And it’s not. The two-door design makes accessing cards easy without turning into a magic trick every time you need your license. Bellroy just gets it. I keep 3-5 cards on me max, and they all fit snug. No slippage, no digging. The molded interior feels secure, but not tight to the point of frustration. There’s a little room for a folded bill or two if you’re old school like me and like to keep some cash around, just in case. It’s slim. Like, actually slim. Not “we-shaved-a-millimeter-and-called-it-slim.” Slides into your front pocket with zero bulge and sits flat like it’s meant to be there. No more George Costanza wallet situation. If I had to nitpick—and I’m trying—it would be that glossy edge finish. Time will tell if it holds up, but I trust Bellroy’s build quality, and if anything, their warranty game is strong. In short: it looks sleek, works the way you wish all wallets did, and it’s low-key enough that you don’t feel like you’re trying too hard. If you’re tired of playing Goldilocks with wallets, this one might just be your “just right.”

I had a Secrid wallet for years. I love how it consolidated my cards and made access easy. What I didn't like was the hard metallic shape that was uncomfortable in my back pocket when sitting down. This flip case solves that problem. It holds 8 cards -- six if you include a Chipolo tracking card (which is as thick as two cards). I don't carry cash in my wallet so the space in front of the divider on the back side holds another card. That's two in the front and four in the back with the Chipolo. The wallet itself is a nice, comfortable leather and is easy to grip and open. It's the same length as the Secrid and 10mm wider. it's also 5mm thicker but this is hardly noticeable. It still fits in my back pocket without any bulging or weight. It's 6 grams heavier than the Secrid loaded with cards, which is not discernible. -- Like the Secrid it's RFID/NFC safe.

Overall great design but not paying over $100 for leather over cheap plastic. Can get better quality wallets for less.

It’s been so long since I’ve bought this wallet and it’s still in amazing condition. The wallet has two sides for cards you frequently use and another for extra cards/cash. The magnetic flaps are also great for fidgeting with.

I really like this card wallet so far. Slim, fits all my cards, barely noticeable in my pocket. My only complaint(ish) is that I think the magnets could be stronger. To be clear, they hold really well as they are, I’m just picky. I would buy it again, for sure.

I’ve beat it to heck and still looks great. You can’t overstuff this thing like other minimalist wallets. Only draw back is if it’s completely full, getting anything but the first card out is almost impossible; there isn’t a pull tab or anything to help. Not a big deal though!

I purchased this wallet back in 2023 and a few weeks ago the magnet on one of the sides had popped out. I used a rubber band to hold it in place. Out of curiosity, I looked to see if they had a different design. I noticed that they offered a 3 year warranty. So I said what the heck let me reach out to them. I sent them an email early yesterday and that night I got a follow up email to send them my contact info. This evening I got an email letting me know that they would ship me a new wallet and I would get a tracking number when it shipped. That was honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’m probably still going to buy another style of their wallet to try it out since I love this one. I love that this wallet has taught me to not carry all of my credit cards and to be smart about what I carry. I sometimes wish I could fit more wallet but I don’t carry much cash with me so it’s not the end of the world for me. The material of the wallet still looks good. Can’t wait to try their other wallets!

I used to use a slim wallet, but ditched it when it was worn out and switched to a bifold because I couldn't find a worthy replacement. When I saw this Bellroy, I gave it a shot because it is unique. Unfortunately, it's not very practical and makes putting in/removing cards a pain. It's not obvious how many cards fit into each slot on the "regular" side, and if you put in too many, then the wallet won't close properly. If you put in the maximum amount of cards (as stated) into the slots, then removing them is difficult, and often requires you to remove multiple just to get the one you need. This wallet is a good idea for someone who needs just a couple of cards because filling it up as described makes it impossible to use on a daily basis. If you need to access cards quickly, then I won't recommend something like this. I ended up returning this and going back to a bifold. Pros: slim, innovative design, looks good, magnetic clasp is sturdy Cons: impractical for most people, doesn't actually fit 8 cards if you want to use your wallet, expensive

Compact, élégant et très bien pensé, il permet de ranger l’essentiel sans jamais être encombrant. Les cartes glissent facilement, l’accès est rapide, et la finition est de très bonne qualité. Le mécanisme de flip est fluide et vraiment pratique au quotidien. Un portefeuille moderne, fonctionnel et solide : je l’adore et je le recommande sans hésiter.

Quality is high. True to storage size for cards, However I would not recommend trying to fold notes and expecting them to fit with ease. Meets my expectations.

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido. Cabe lo que dicen, incluso si lo aprietas un poco, algún billete más cabe y ocupa muy poco espacio. Es muy original y tiene un diseño muy chulo. Se ve de buena calidad, habrá que ver como envejece. De momento, muy bien.
