Very Light - Glitchy Software but a Powerhouse
The LG Gram 16 with the max specs of a core i7 and 32gb of ram plus 2 TB of storage (in 2 1tb drives) - plus the built in microSD card, mega high resolution super crisp 4K screen and monster trackpad make this machine a powerhouse. The only downside is the integrated graphics. Having 2 USB-A ports and 2 USB-C ports is amazing. The webcam is excellent - clear and turns on quickly. The weight of this laptop is phenomenal. I don't think it could get any lighter. You do sacrifice a more premium metal chasis to achieve this weight. But I'll take it.Heat Disspation - is great - and the built in software allows you to control the fan speed/noise level. The trackpad is great - but it is in a weird place and it took me 2 days to get used to it.Having a bult in number pad is also surprisngly useful. No fingerprint reader - kind of a bummer for a premium machine. The built in software is ... ok. The LG Security guard is best disabled. It was driving me insane. The on screen keyboard shortcut display is actually very useful.PROBLEM: I have had issues with it actually going to sleep when it is plugged in. It just won't. I think that is a Microsoft problem.I usually have a lot going on and the 32gb of ram is amazing. Plus all the storage is even better. All in all this is a beast of a machine and I got it at a budget price.

Great value and incredibly light
Really loving this laptop and happy with this purchase. Just picked it up on the recent and well timed Prime sale as I was looking for a well performing business laptop I could use for some IT consulting and running my side business on. Compared to another laptop I have the screen feels substantially larger while the weight of the LG laptop is noticeably lighter.Set up was a breeze with the SSD barreled right through it. I was up and running in no time. This is my first experience with Windows 11 and overall I like it which was surprising. Have to embrace it eventually but its pretty straightforward.Keyboard layout will take a bit of getting used to it feels like. I can see why some mention the keys are awkward sizes but I do love that I get a number keypad. Not sure yet on the battery life to comment on that but overall would highly recommend this laptop for anyone needing a light laptop with a gorgeous display and good performance for a great price.

Good enough
This computer is good enough, the only concern is the battery is not that good for long time used (only 5 hours around), I thought it should be 9 hours.

Nice laptop
So far so good! It's a nice laptop. I plan on it lasting me a long time. I did a lot of research to find one and it is not disappointing me.

Warranty Repair Service was Very Good
I had this product and about 7 months in something happened where screen had lines on it. LG stood by warranty, process being I called, they sent shipping label, 2.5 weeks later laptop arrives back at home fixed as good as new. I had expected the worst, either denial of warranty, or 2 month lag time, and was positively surprised on both fronts.During this time, I used my previous laptop, a dell inspiron 14, and this process made me appreciate this PC so much more, as there is a huge difference working on 16 inch vs 14 inch screen, and the weight of this laptop is likely same or less despite that. I think the only thing I'd say was better on inspiron was cam was slightly higher quality and sound slightly lourder, but likely bigger speakers, and camera equals more weight and cost.

This is a nice light-weight and responsive laptop.
Got this for the spouse and we haven't been disappointed. The only thing we miss is a touch screen. It would be more than a little pricey if we hadn't gotten a good discount on Black Friday. The performance is good, the battery life is good, and the screen is nice. It is incredibly light due to plastic construction, but the keyboard is good enough and the weight is a positive.

UPDATE: Easily damaged
My original review is below. After 10 months of use I booted up this morning and the screen was covered with bright vertical and horizontal streaks. (See photo) Online support told me this was due to a cracked screen so not covered by my warranty, because of the misuse, abuse exclusion. Excuse me? It was working fine the night before and I just closed the lid and plugged it in the charger. It's not even a touchscreen, so I have no clue how that might have occurred. The unit has never been dropped, kicked, stepped on, or otherwise abused.Estimated repair cost is $500 plus shipping to their facility. I chatted with both Support and Customer Service and they wouldn't budge. It's a good machine otherwise but I suppose the tradeoff for "thin and light" is fragility. I would be very skeptical of their claims of military grade durability.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This applies to the LG gram 16” Lightweight Laptop, Intel 13th Gen Core i7 Evo Platform in BLACK.The keyboard has been improved over the LG gram laptop I purchased four years ago. The keys would not always register unless pressed very firmly. Now they are more sensitive and have a noticeable click when depressed.I love everything about this product except the matte black finish shows every fingerprint. The slightest amount of skin oil will leave a smudge. If you don't care, then fine. This wasn't the case with my previous one, which was also black. My wife has a white one that doesn't have this problem.
