I'm pretty impressed with this wire twister tool for drill. It's been a huge time-saver for my electrical projects. The quality is good, and it's easy to use. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the connector wire twisting tool could be a bit more durable. Still, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable wire twister tool.

Works like a charm. Carefully molded to snap in tight to the chuck and make a foolproof twist, as long as you put all wires in the same depth.

Good product

This thing takes a little practice but does the job. Make sure not to hammer down on the drill trigger when you first attempt to use this tool, it'll get ya. I haven't tried it with stranded wire but, #12 with 4 conductors it did pretty well with. Just practice and wear gloves!!! The tool seems to be made with some pretty decent steel, Mine hasnt rusted or anything yet.

I've been through several other sellers of this item. Some claim stainless steel but it isn't stainless steel. All don't work with two 14 gauge solid copper wires. Some don't work with three or four 14 gauge solid copper wires.These ones are stainless steel. These ones work with two 14 gauge solid copper wires.

I came across this item by accident about a week ago and for less than $10 for two of them, seemed worth it in case twisting more than 2,14 awg wires was needed.Then this morning when replacing a large wall plate with 3 switches in it, I found a loose wire nut with a couple wires really loose that pulled right out; 5 hot wires in all the nut was holding.Removed the wire nut and evened up the amount of exposed copper wire showing, then holding the 5 wires about an inch up on the insulation with my linesman, inserted into this device.Set my variable speed drill to to a slow setting, ran it about 5 seconds and then removed the wires.They looked even and with perfect twists; no way could I have done that good if I tried by hand.Cut off the very end of the wire bundle so they were perfectly even then put on a new red wire nut.Complete and nice.Worth every penny to have 1 of these to make the twist.
