Ac performance is very good.Little bit noise.Cooling very good in High temperature.

The media could not be loaded. The air conditioner I purchased arrived with a manufacturing defect, and the experience with their customer service has been deeply disappointing. From the outset, the unit had multiple faulty sensors, rendering it practically unusable. Despite the product being covered under a replacement warranty, the company is stubbornly pushing for repairs rather than honoring a replacement. This approach is frustrating, especially when the machine is brand new and clearly defective.I have been waiting for a reasonable resolution, but so far, the response has been underwhelming. This incident has seriously damaged my perception of Bluestar, a brand I once trusted for its quality and service. It seems the company has lost the reliability and reputation it once enjoyed, leaving me questioning whether it still stands by the values it was once known for.Installation: The Installation people who came charged me around 6000 to place the ac in the same window as my previous one (No grill cutting). That was the charge to just replace the wooden frame. A daylight robbery.Update: They have changed the faulty sensors and said this is a minor issue (which made the device useless since install), so the unit can not be replaced. Utterly disappointed with this purchase.

I am already using Bluestar 5 star 1.5 ton AC which was good bought it 3 years back now again purchased this time mistakenly ordered 1.5 ton 5 star inverter technology after checking the reviews I just thought it will save electricity but in result inverts we technology compressor is small in result Air conditioner is not performing well. Not expected this type of quality from Bluestar where in comparison 3 year old model is still doing wonders and latest model is just like a Air Cooler in shape of air conditioner
