Whether or not I have found my energy levels have increased and my focus improved is hard to judge but I certainly have felt well.

Shilajit is basically a type of mineral tar that is somehow good for you in a variety of ways. I recent;y finished a bottle of it from a different brand and noticed feeling better generally so wanted to continue taking it as a supplement. I'm happy that this is what it says it is, the smell is unmistakeable! Whether it works for you or not is something you will have to decide and make your own informed choice as with any food supplement.
