This is essentially a sheet of stainless steel encircled by a silicone frame. It's quite weighty at just under 1.3kg, so isn't something you'd want to drop on your foot! The weight makes it a wee bit cumbersome to handle, especially with wet, soapy hands but at least the smooth surface is easy to clean however, extra care is required to clean around the 'juice groove' i.e. the raised edge.The silicone edging doubles as a non-slip surface which keeps the board stuck to the worktop but I have slight concerns about the longevity of the soft, flexible carry handle and the holes at each corner for hanging up the board are tiny and you'd need equally tiny hooks to go though them, which wouldn't necessarily support the weight of it.However, it's s decent stainless steel board, if not a little on the expensive side for what it is.

La superficie in acciaio, come visibile nella foto, presenta alcune imperfezioni di fabbricazione su uno dei due lati. Inoltre, il telaio in silicone non sembra integrarsi perfettamente con la piastra centrale, sollevando qualche dubbio sulla durabilità nel lungo periodo.⭐ Valutazione Finale:Un prodotto che presenta un'idea interessante ma con alcune criticità realizzative. I vantaggi dell'acciaio inox (igiene, facilità di pulizia, resistenza agli odori) sono evidenti, ma la qualità costruttiva potrebbe essere migliorata, specialmente nell'unione tra piastra e cornice. Visto il prezzo proposto attualmente (45 euro) giustificato in parte sicuramente dalla qualità dei materiali, sicuramente mi sarei aspettato un pò più di attenzione generale.💡 Consiglio: Fare particolare attenzione durante il lavaggio per evitare che l'acqua si infiltri tra la cornice e la piastra.

Das Schneidbrett kam gut und sicher verpackt bei mir an. Ich war zunächst erstaunt, sie schwer es eigentlich ist. Auf den ersten Blick sieht es genau so aus wie auf den Produktfotos. Allerdings erkennt man bei näherem Hinsehen, dass die Verarbeitung leider nicht so hochwertig ist wie erhofft. An den Rändern sieht man noch Spuren vom Kleber und der Übergang zum Silikonrand ist leider stellenweise nicht sehr sauber.Ansonsten aber solide und funktionstüchtig.
