This is exactly what I needed for quick access to gear. It's priced well, durable, and will last me a long time. However, while only a small complaint, I feel it's worth noting that the patch does NOT glow in the dark as pictured.

Happy with this product. HoweverI think It's over priced, considering it's probably made in a sweat shop.

Durable tourniquet pouch and holds every thing tight and not sloppy. I will say I have a little bigger than normal size scissors and they don't fit perfectly, but they do fit in there. love the visible bright red and white first aid pouch for anyone to see easily.

Although I don't expect to be in an 'Tactical' situations, bleeding injuries can happen in everyday life. From car or mower accidents to using hand tools like an ax or especially power tool or a chainsaw, bad things are possible. So having a tourniquet available can be a life saver. I added a tourniquet set to my emergency kit some time ago. But it is a little unwieldy on its own.This little pouch holder is the perfect design and fit for a tourniquet kit. It holds and protects it well and there are extra loops to attach other items and to use this on a belt or molle loop on a pack or other pouch. There is also room to add scissors or other items inside the stretch sides. There is velcro on the outside and a velcro red patch can be used or moved as desired.Well made and does the job. Recommended.

This tourniquet holder has all the features you would want. It has multiple attachment methods (like molle), a place to store and secure shears, a place for a marker and a first aid patch. It has a tab for easy open and the tourniquet can be staged and stored inside.But the fit and finish is disappointing. There are several areas with frayed fabric. These can be easily fixed and if that were the only problem, I would be happy.The top area where the shear pocket is was sewn crooked and the top on one side was not secured so the pocket can be pulled apart on that side.The molle strap was sewn a little too high and the button closure wouldn't work if you were to use the bottom strap to attach to something.This item is inexpensive ($6.99 at the time of this review) so I didn't expect a lot but the construction should be better. It still works and can be used and you definitely can fix it but it was disappointing to see such low standards.

Very straightforward TQ holder - it holds CAT tourniquets snugly but not over tight, and it it has space for scissors and pens. The quality is pretty good: stitching is consistent, velcro is good, the molle is functionally correct, and the elastic has plenty of squeeze. The material is fairly stiff/rigid which I prefer for something like this as it holds its form when empty. All in all a good TQ holder, it feels well made and does what it's supposed to do without any concerns.
