Video directions are on the Amazon page. (It's not that hard to put together.) I have scoliosis. After one day of wearing it 4-6 hours, my side quit hurting & I gained 3/4" back! I"m 5'4" (5'4 3/4" after), & I'm not sure it would work for anyone shorter -- it might not stay on your hip. Like others, I wish they had a few more holes to allow for shorter/taller adjustments. I looked at a chiropractor's brace, & it was $5000. This works great for the $.

Hopeful but disappointed
It appears to be something I could really benefit from, but as I sat on the floor trying to figure out how it goes, I was thinking, there is 6 screws, five washers and 4 spacers (?). Wasn't very difficult to figure out where they go. But why not have 6, 6, and 6, since there's actually 6 spots to put them. Anyway, after (I believe but may be wrong) putting it together correctly, I can't even put it on by myself. So I'll never be able to use it. So it joined other things in a dark and lonely corner in my closet.

Real review from a fellow scoliosis
This was the more affordable way to lace up my back - reccomended by my doctor. It is so painstakingly annoying to build. The lack of instructions is terrible. But on a positive note, it is extremely effective for someone who has scapula scoliosis. I wear this all day. You will look bulky like a potato but with a baggy top it is doable to hide. And lastly, everything js velcro so you can remove the padding and wash it cuz you will sweat an hour in to wearing this. An authentic brace is hundred of dollars. Just appreciate something like this exists because the structure of my back significantly improved.
