Good product with pure ingredients-- I am used to taking 400mg of Magnesium per day, and I didn't realize this daily dose of magnesium had less than that, but otherwise I am pleased with this purchase

Modified review: I don't want to change my earlier one-star review of this product, but I must augment it to tell about the company's amazing customer support. I did not contact Organics Ocean, but they read my review and reached out to me via Amazon. They apologized for my experience with their product and offered me a full refund, which I accepted. They also made clear to me that their offer did not include a request to change my review.I read so many reviews about companies ignoring customers' issues and am thrilled to report that Organics Ocean is not one of those companies. I will buy from them again.I take a much less expensive version of magnesium glycinate every day. I'm not sure what I expected from this much more expensive version, but it's certainly not what I got. This brand gives me diarrhea, which is part of what I constantly fight. I tried reducing the dosage, but I still have the problem.It's not returnable, so I wish I could give it to someone who could use it.By the way, I hate it when I receive a product that has a label with "new" product information pasted on the bottle, covering what I consider valuable user information. Surely there is a better way to address this issue.

Not really sure how to rate but I am not happy about the price. One bottle of 30 lasts 10 days since you take 3 a day. I bought the 3 bottles 90.00 dollars which is rediculus. Will NOT BUY AGAIN DUE TO PRICE.

OK, to be fair I should give this product a 5 star because the product works for me. For a very long time I have had muscle cramps so badly they would wake me at night and I would be reduced to tears, but they hurt all the time. I actually take a prescribed muscle relaxant a few times daily, which help very little. I thought I would give this magnesium a try, but since I already took magnesium per Doctor's instructions, I really didn't expect much difference. To my astonishment it has helped a great deal. However; the price makes it unsustainable. The first time I bought it I paid like $20 for the bottle and I thought OK, maybe I can do this each month; however, the next bottle cost me $36.99. This price is not feasible for anyone, who is not wealthy, to pay each month with the economy being as it is and especially for older people, whom, in my opinion are more likely to use it for muscle cramps. So I must seek and alternative, which saddens me because the product really does work, for me at least.

Bought it for my wife and she loves the way it relaxes her at night and feels very rested in the morning.
