Skeptical when I'm buying cool patches instead of heat patches but this one actually seems to be doing something and for the price it's really good

Very sticky and warm up quickly on the skin
Very very tacky . I know they need to adhere to the skin but they leave a sticky feeling on the skin.They warm up really quickly too so do not stay cool for long, in my opinion a spray is better.

These do not stick to your knees if you want them for your knees. They do not stay in place unlike other similar patches. They do not get that cold and do not stay cold. I wont bother again with these patches.

Deep freeze patches are superior.
Disappointing, not very strong, pain relief effect doesn’t last either and the adhesive is rubbish. Had to secure them with surgical tape 😒. I use the Koolpak forehead strips regularly and they’re brilliant so I expected much better considering this is supposed to be the same thing but bigger. Just save yourself the hassle buy deep freeze patches instead.
