what is the aprox shelf life

From what I've found online, 18 months seems to be the stardard shelf life, but some folks have tried it a bit longer without any problem.

The COMPLEATS® Meals are all fully cooked and shelf stable.

How many servings in one?

Each of the six bowls are 1 serving each. I think the portions are pretty good although a hungry adult like myself might knock out two.

are these dinners reality salty?

I did not find any of these meals salty. They are all very delicious.
