THIS WAS LOCK PURCHASE #6 FOR ME. I AM PICKY BUT THESE THINGS ALL SEEMED TO HAVE ISSUES. A VEVO WORKED WELL... FOR A WEEK! THEN JUST WOULD START BEEPING LOUD FOR NO REASON. ONE WOULDNT FIT RIGHT ONE WAS MISSING PARTS AND ONE HAD TO HAVE A BRIDGE TO ATTACH IT. LAST CHANCE I ORDER THIS. IT SHOWS UP AND ITS ALL THERE. THEN THE INSTALL TOOK MAYBE 2 MINUTES. SETTING UP THE APP WAS EVEN FASTER. ITS GOOD QUALITY THE APP IS USER FRIENDLY AND ITS BLUETOOTH CONNECTED SO NO ADDITIONAL $40.00 FOR A BRIDGE. IT WORKS PERFECTLY EVERY TIME. I ONLY WISH I WOULDVE BOUGHT IT FIRST.

They are really nice but if it rains or snows it will sometimes mess with it and it will lock the door and make random beeps like someone is trying to use it.

I loved these locks at first. then they stopped reading everyone's fingers out of the blue. I reprogrammed them and gave them another shot... about the same time later, they forgot everyone's fingers again. very unreliable and left my kid locked out after school. Had to return them.

Inexpensive digital security. I'm using it for my bedroom door. Easy to install and set up. But make sure that the bolt is properly aligned with the frame otherwise it will try a few times to engage and disengage. I had to file and lube the strike plate to keep this from happening. But for the price it's a good lock. The app it's useful as well.

I purchased this after my previous keypad deadbolt started to fail, and I am glad that it did. This was so easy to install, and it works great. Plus, it was less expensive than my previous one!

If you want a door lock that potentially keeps even you out of your own house, or door locks for a house a family lives in but only one person can access anything through the app, then these are the locks for you. Just taking the trash out this morning it took me 17 attempts to get back in the house. I have 4 finger prints saved, none of them would work. There are 4 people with finger prints saved, same thing happens to them constantly. I don’t know about anyone else here, but I am sick of giving away my hard earned money for a product that fails at almost every single time it’s used. The only reason that I gave these 2 stars and not 1 is because the color matched fairly well to all the other door knobs and locks in my house.

Good points: easy to install. Love the simple look to it. Easy to actually works and responds great to the app. Locking it is super easy. Any finger will lock it and it reps do quickly.Bad point: really only one. After I enter my fingerprint into it it works great for a day or two then it won’t recognize it anymore. So I have enter four different fingerprints of mine and wash lasts a day or two before it seems to forget them. I have deleted them all and tried again and same thing. Easier to just click on the app and open it. I would buy again for the price but I also wouldn’t mind spending more for one that isn’t that unreliable with the fingerprint.
