I was sceptical - but AMAZED
I have done a lot of reading on grounding bed sheets - I was sceptical all though I appreciate the benefits and calm of walking bear foot outside. Being a lady of a certain age, I suffer from hot flushes which disturb my sleep, cause me anxiety. Since using this sheet I can 100% say that my hot flushes have stopped... I am sleeping through and waking refreshed.

Not fitted sheet
Bought the largest earthing sheet to fit a king size bed. It’s no way near big enough, so much so that you’re not even able to tuck it in. This is not a fitted sheet as advertised and is way smaller than the measurements. Unable to say at this stage of any health/sleep benefits.

I found positive reaction to the sheet, I always wake feeling tired, heavy achy all over, and wake after 2 hrs to go to loo, since the first night sleeping on this sheet, I have reduced aches in the morning I feel energised, and sleeping 4 hrs before waking for the loo, my husband has had some improvement, he suffers from RLS he sleeps more. Moves his legs a lot less, showing definite change for the better, all I can say is try this. It's amazing..

I bought the nearest to a king size flat sheet but it is small and you can only tuck in one side. Not great!

no idea that this even works. Not recommended
Sheet itself is a nice comfortable material but I have no clue if this is working. Nothing to tell you it’s even on. No light or noise to indicate it is functioning. Given that I am not experiencing improvements in sleep quality or inflammation, I would not recommend given the money spent. Disappointed
