Amazing customer service!
UPDATE: After writing this original review, the seller contacted me and asked for pictures and stuff and sent me a new one. All of the dividers in the new one are intact, and it delivered very quickly. 10/10 customer service and I’m super happy with the new one! ORIGINAL: It’s overall a nice bag, it seems to be built well, and it looks very nice and professional. My problem is that the only divider long enough to split the bag came broken. It seems to be too long for the size I got anyway, and I tried to rig it but nothing would sit right and all of the dividers were crooked due to the big one being buckled. I noticed it was broken as soon as I opened it, and now I don’t know what to do to organize it.
