So far it’s been a few days I been taking it but I have notice a little much better in my mood and in my hot flashes I usually wake up like 4-5 times at night or maybe more because of hot-flash but since I been taking this I notice I am down to two times sleeping a little more hoped it keeps improving so far I like it something not harmful and helpful I recommend it I just started and see the difference it works try it .. I was against doctor meds for life choose to deal with it on my own and realize it was more than I thought and than I came across this and it helps with vitamin deficiency too so everything is good for me so I tried it and don’t regret it at all ..

Wow I’m impressed and that’s hard. I am not in medical nor a doctor. My personal opinion my sleep in 2 days is better. I’m more relaxed. Night sweats are way down. Whatever they said it definitely is doing it for me. This will be on my rebuy list monthly. Super impressed and happy. There is no taste. I take it with food so no stomach upset. Good stuff.

Great help for my para menopause

I started taking this product about a year ago. It took a couple of months to notice any difference. In August of 2025 I decided to stop taking this supplement and try something else because I started having noticible hot flashes and night sweats again so I tried a different product. In September my hot flashes came full force along with anxiety and other unpleasant/unbearable symptoms of perimenopause. I decided to start back on Centrum Complete + Hot Flash Support and I started feeling better again. I realized it doesn't get rid of the hot flashes completely, but definitely makes them more tolerable. In October my cycles stopped and hot flashes started to subside even more. I decided to try to get off of them again in January and guess what? The symptoms came back again. Once was possibly a fluke, but twice makes me think these really help so I'm sticking with them. They don't have any unpleasant side effects. The only thing that took me a while to get used to was the weight of each pill. I definitely think these are worth trying if you deal with bad hot flashes.

It doesn’t work for me I got more bloated and my anxiety everyday and had panic attacks once in a while my Bap is elevated so I switched to Amberen see how it works on my body. I’m very sensitive on any herbs like Black Kohish St John Worst and Ashwagandha the more I take these herbs my anxiety and palpitations worse. Non on HRT works from me I tried everything cross my fingers

These pills are a life saver. My hot flashes were so bad and very frequent. I would be sitting in church having to pull out my fan every 20 mins. My entire body would be so hot and sweaty. I originally found these in a local store going out of business and got them for $4. I purchased 2 bottles (wish I would have purchased all of them. LOL). This was over 3 months ago. I had tried all kinds of stuff including natural herbs that cost almost $70. Nothing worked. I started taking these and I have not had any more night sweats or hot flashes. It is amazing. I have been purchasing bottles and giving them to friends. When I tell you, these pills are a game changer.

I think it's helping reduce the intensity of my hot flashes. Actually sleeping a lot better as a result
