Very happy with these mats, they keep my soil/seeds at the right temp. I have an additional Temp senser to make sure this controller is accurate and it is. You can't beat this price, for a mat with temp controller. I will buy again if I need more.

This product definitely dos warm the sprouting container, but it never does reach the temp I set it too. Even if I set it higher than I want it will only go to 83 degrees.

Used them for peppers this spring. Worked well... kept a good temp indoor

I got this for starting my seeds this year. I had some that needed about 100 degrees to germinate. I put those trays on this mat. It has been about 4 days and I can't get it to go even to 70 degrees! I have set the thermostat a couple of times thinking maybe I forgot to press the set button and it still won't heat up and it shows set at 100 degrees. I had to switch my seeds from another mat since the others were popping out of the soil in a couple of days. Not this mat. I don't mind that it says no light or grow lights since it isn't working right and will probably not use it after this year. If it matters it is made in China.
