Reliable low light stays on all night - perfect for kids and insomniac's
I have about 5 of these I used in rotation for kiddo and I. Charged fully, they are good for at least 3 nights for 12 hours on lowest light setting with mosquito trap on. They perform well as a bedside and dining table lamp, as well as a hanging them, depending on how buggy it is where I camp. They are sturdy and are perfect to read by without disturbing others. They are great value for money and I like the adjustable light settings, so I can see to get dressed and find my shoes etc. They're easy to clean, take up a reasonable amount of space but are light to carry, easy to use. Highly recommended.

It actually does work!
I've just got back from touring Ireland in my camper van and had bought this to deal with the usual issue of insects in the van becoming a nuisance at night. I didn't really need the lighting functions but they are good and contrary to another review, you can switch the light off directly without cycling through the other settings; simply hold the off button for a few seconds. The UV insect killer was my main use and it was good. The light emitted was low enough leave on all night. The morning revealed the dead insects which would otherwise have been busily making their way round the van all night.Although it's fairly light in weight, it's probably not something you'd carry if backpacking so more suited for use out of a vehicle. It can stand on its end or be hung by either a built in loop or hook - really well thought out.Charging via USB is quick and I had never had a problem of low battery leaving it on all night. It fell a couple of times on the hard floor with no damage.Overall, I'm really pleased with it and it'll now be on all my future trips.

Works as described
Some nice brightness settings including an amber low light which is nice and atmospheric. The light itself and the anti-mosquito light work separately from each other, so one can be on whilst the other is off, or you can put both on at the same time.Nice that it charges from usb so you never have to worry about batteries, and one charge lasts ages anyway. The only issue is the material over the light bulb, which is kind of a flexible rubber/plastic that attracts dusts like a dust attracting magnet. Other than that, all good

Perfect for camping
This is such a bargain little light, perfect for camping. I didn’t read much into it but it actually has 3 light settings which is great for evenings. The bug zapper kept our tent bug free.

Every campervan/tent/motorhome needs one of these!
I got this after a midge-infested trip to the isle of Skye, Scotland. (bolting the barn doors after the horse had escaped!) I love it! It's actually better in real life than the pictures make it seem. What's it like using this:When charging there's a red light (shown in pic) and it goes green when fully charged. You can have the insect zapper on when the light is off and vice versa. The first light setting is a soft orangy glow (shown in pic) which is great when it's late in the evening/night, least not because it doesn't contain blue hues which keep you awake so great as a night-light.Then there are three levels of white light and they are quite bright, enough to illuminate a campervan. You cycle through the settings by pressing the light on button. When the zapper is on there is a blue light which is also UV making white things glow slightly. The build quality is great and I have dropped it on the hard floor. It bounced. The light dome is a flexible rubbery plastic.I generally use it as an evening light from about 6pm with the zapper on. About midnight I turn off the light and leave the zapper on through the night. The battery easily copes and I'm guessing you'd probably get about 20+ hours out of a charge. Recharging takes about 90min - 2 hours via USB.My only gripes which is why I've given it 4/5 for "Easy to use" are the following:1. I would rather that when you press the light button to turn off the light (say you're on setting 1: orange) , you don't then cycle through all the other light modes. It's a bit of a shocker at midnight to suddenly have bright light in your eyes.2. In the dark it's hard to tell which switch is which as the zapper and light switch are close... perhaps indent one and protrude the other to help?By the way I'm raising these points to give feedback to the manufacturer because I think they've got a great product that's almost perfect... I HIGHLY recommend this product. No I'm not on commission. Just happy to share things that work well with the camping/motorhome community :)PS. No you don't hear a "Zap!" sound, but as the pics show it gets small and bigger pesky flies and mosquitoes.

Brilliant, killed every last mosquito in my bivvy!
Im a carp fisherman and left bivvy door open and by time it got dark i zipped up my mosquitoe mesh door only to find i still had a load of em in my bivvy. I turned the zapper on and it must of killed the lot of em! Well impressed with this, i never write reviews but this is an essential part of kit can even charge it off your usb power bank and the light is tiny too, lights up the tent in a nice yellow light, does have 3 settings of the white light too but that hurts my eyes after a while. Definitely go buy yaself one of these, i used to spend most nights squashing bugs on the tent walls making tent dirty, never again with this, really pleased with it!!!

Light enough to read a book by
Easy to charge using USB micro -B (I believe), mosquito zapper lasts about 24 hours perhaps a bit more and there a four light settings. One anti bug light (no idea if that really works but seems like a good idea) brightest light setting really does illuminate well. I can comfortably read a book just using this light. It zaps tiny midges really well too. Good design in terms of being waterproof and the light is covered in a soft airy rubber to protect it. You can place it on a side upside down or hang it using the hook. I really like this, highly rate this for camping as an essential piece of kit!

Works well and is robust!
Lasts quite a while - 2 or 3 nights fishing in summer per charge if you just leave the zapper on and the light when you need to do stuff, the lowest brightness is fine for any sized bivvy or tent.I've managed to drop it loads of times already - it's well protected.
