excellent thing. For 82 years suggest 12Kg
Why pay more for cast iron while this is filled with concrete. You cant tell the difference. Muscles rippling. Well twitching. And no video of little old me doing it. Sorry

Beware - these kettlebells are ridiculously big. I am 6'4 and can barely get my hand around the handle.Also note that they are not covered by the free Amazon return policy (which was not clear at the point of sale) and they will cost more to post back than they are worth. I feel totally ripped off...

far too big handle not able to grip!
(24kg) guess you get what you pay for cheap and far to big to use for a kettle bell work out, you can't swing two to these between your legs they are just too big!
