Great source of vitamins to help promote growth. Capsule are medium size so ymmv depending on if your kiddo is able to take them or not. The ingredients list is very good covering your calcium, vitamin D, the proprietary blend has a bunch of natural ingredients that have great benefits. It is not a magic pill but will help promote growth with a balanced diet.

This product has not been working after I have been taking a pill daily for 60 days. I thought after 2 months, I would see a small change, but there has been no change so far. If you can take this pill continuously for a year than maybe there would be growth. I will continue to try this product and hope for the best.

These are basically just a calcium supplement. If you have weak bones, these would help I would think. I've had no ill effects from taking them so I think they are safe to take.
